I haven't posted a time yet BUT, rookie question:
How do I see my split times during the run.
Anyhelp is appreciated.
Cheers All!

During the run they come up on the screen , during replay you will need to go to live timing. Add T1 + T2 together to get actual T2 time . Hope this helps

I wasn't paying attention to the forums yesterday and didn't see this until this morning. Just turned a few laps, quickest splits so far.

T1: 15.323
T2: 34.722

Has anybody done testing around using the Chassis Rigidity upgrade?

I currently have it installed, but will build a car tonight without it and drive it back to back, will post my findings.

Anybody done similar tests?

Who has it installed and who doesn't?

I feel like a dumbass for asking BUT:
What format do I post my times in?
Everyone is posting splits and thats what the leaderboard says, but the opening post says "Please submit your time in the following format on a single line:
Time: X'XX.XXX
(Example-) Time: 1'10.100"
Someone please help a rookie!

Cheers All!

Posting splits (not final time) is for your progress to appear on the leaderboard so you compare yourself to others, submitting your final time is for when your finished at the end of the week, you can only do this once and then you wait for it to be published in the results.

Started with the setup that Manuelos posted, then moved on to set these splits with VagabondAngel's setup. In my next session I'll try eclipsee's setup.

T1: 15.624
T2: 35.343

Unfortunately I'm heading out of town so I won't be able to improve upon these times. Oh well, good first effort I guess.

After another 40 laps of fighting oversteer, I got a little better.

T1: 15.688
T2: 35.547

I pretty much have sectors 1 and 3 down, but finding the line in sector 2 is killing my time. Finding it very hard to hold the car through the esses after the second hairpin flat.

I was having the same problem last night (and I dont think we are the only ones). Anyway, I found (some) sucess by lifting very briefly just as you get to the point where the back end normally steps out. Skid marks are helpful here. Much easier if you can manage a reasonably tight exit from the previous turn. Is one heck of a fine balance though

Oh WRS...how I've missed thee :) Here are my first splits...pretty happy with this for a start but I'm hoping to find more 👍

T1: 15.777
T2: 35.512

Really appreciate all the work that's gone into setting up the registry and this first race too...outstanding work admins!!!

And with my updated times, I am no longer last!:):):):) Need to pick up your game...GTP_russromance:sly:

New guy, first wrs race. how do I get the splits posted, I saw the list but I can't see a way to enter splits.

Just checked the leader board, fantastic turn out so far guys (99) let's keep it up. 👍

Can't help but notice since I posted my first splits on Sunday i'm steadily going down the leader board. (Rushes to check distance traveled, only done 43km.)

"C'mon kids it's time to go to bed dad has got some important business to take care of" :sly:

Good luck all and remember rule number 1 of the WRS. Have Fun.

Cheers Shaun.

Haven't got the hp up to full power yet. Put in a good hour though. Eclipsee's tune. Only way I have tried it so far.

T1: 15.398
T2: 34.981

Ok I think its split 1 then adding split 1 and split 2 for the second time.? Sooo, my splits are:
T1: 15.929
T2: 35.647

Just noticed on the leaderboard that there is a slot for controller or wheel. Mine was with DFGT if it matters. Thanks again for all the work put in by the admins. This is my first time being a part of the WRS. Look forward to the full season.

You just post your times in this thread in the format that you see everyone else using.

T1: xx.xxx
T2: xx.xxx

then the site dose the update automatically for you.

Welcome to WRS

All you need to do is post your splits here, and our clever fetchbot will do the rest for you 👍
I see you've already put your division and controller info in your sig, so that info will appear in the leaderboard too. :)

If you put your controller type and also your division into your signature it will be picked up automatically by the fetchbot.

You need to put in your signature your steering wheel (like mine) then fetchbot will pick it up automatically

T1: 15.585
T2: 35.649

I need to improve on my second sector.

How long does it take for the fetchbot to fetch?
