GTP_WRS (GT5) Week 10 : Weekly Rally Series?

I'm about to dive in for my evening run at the dream lap. If Zoky is around can I ask you an obvious question about the gear shifting method that you used? Are you short shifting this car like you were in the Mitsu? Thankzzz in advance

Don't know how the fast guys do it but when I leave it for a day its takes me at least an hour in my next session to get near my times. Found some time in T1 matched my T2 but a bit poor in my T3 but faster overall.

T1: 36.191
T2: 43.844
Still on a run so hoping for a bit better.

Managed a better run I'm chasing your time lefty, would really like a gold in D3. Lost a bit in T1 gained big in T2 and was ok in T3 not sure if its good enough for the win though.

T1 improvement for me, seem to have reached a plateau with T2:

Slightly better T3 but still a bit.. err.. reckless I think is the word..

Thanks, I take it you meant my T2, I was really impressed with it, not sure if I will ever repeat it but if I can I might be able to take .4 off my overall time as my T1 and T3 were not my quickest.

It's going to come down to the battle of T3 I think. My T3 is really pot luck at the moment. Really hard to know where exactly the invisible wall is.

Lefty. Yes, I'm short-shifting but not like the lancer. Main places are:
After the 1st corner of T1 before the jump into 4th
At the 1st corner of T2 into 3rd
Rest of the tight corners in T2 from 2nd to 3rd.

Lefty, Zocky already picked me up, said he'd drop me back off in Week 11

It's looking like a good race for D3 to me. Lefty has T1 and the lead, but Nizzy has the better T2, meaning he's got the momentum! to you both!!

Slightly unhappy about T3. But I'm just glad I didn't hit the invisible wall.
I never really liked rallying for some reason. I couldn't get the hang of it and I just didn't like it. This event has made me look different to rallying. I now enjoy it and I'm not the slowest anymore. Incredible as at first I really struggled to get gold.

Flat 43's , never thought we would see that 👍 Wonder if high 42's is possible now? You two going great guns now.

And 35.2xx , must be a hole in one of those invisible walls I think even PD developers would be shocked

The theoretical fastest time is scary , 18.2xx.

I'm slowly slipping away now, completely lost my T1 for some reason and struggling to get 35.9xx now. Was busting 35.7xx easily before, and haven't changed anything at all. Going to be hard to hold off Chris here, T3 is my weakest sector.

Good luck guys, hopefully can still retain a D2 podium though.

Hmm....I saw 35.4/42.8 as my best today but last sector is.......spent a lot of time today on this one and got very close to my goal though I didn't get it, hopefully tomorrow....

Yours and Zoki's times remind of when I was a kid and a bigger kid would pinch my hat and hold it way up in the air and laugh at me as I jumped up and down.

I'm making a mess of T1 today and can't get inside 35.9xx when yesterday I was getting regular 35.6xx and .7xx. T2 is definitely stuck at 43.4xx but I did a ballistic T3 and beat my time by 0.2 with a 0.4 slower T1. I'm done for the day and tomorrow hopefully sort out that T1.

If you nailed that T3 then i'm toast. It's strange how a sector that we were good at suddenly slips away like you mention in T1. I wonder sometimes about the psychology of racing, being mentally strong is also what makes for a good racer (I fall for the jedi mind trick everytime ). Good luck mate, I think you might have a D2 win here. 👍

42.8xx , that didn't take long. Amazed by how you D1 guys can just bang in quick laps on request. That is SCARY quick! I completely fluked my 43.1xx and have never replicated it again. Can only manage a 43.3xx every 4 laps or so, but in reality averaging 43.6xx. That's almost a second just there, must be my accelerator is broken. What else could it be

Great to see w-g-e up there with some mega times. And let's see the nice battle between Nizzy, Lefty and ASH all covered by 0.2 seconds. The Lefty clan is taking out Division honours at the moment with Little in D4 overall.
