After 10 laps of SSRX and an oil change : 202 bhp / 1219kg (414pp)

Could someone tell mewhat full power after break-in on this beast is? I just want to make sure I got the correct parts on the car as the exhaust bit is a little confusing to me. I'm showing 202 HP after break-in. I have the Sports Exhaust Manifold, Cat. Converter Sports, and Standard Exhaust. Is that right? Thanks, and sorry for being so retarded. I'm just gonna blame it on the medication. :sly:
I can't race yet, but tuned the car and broke it in and 202 hp is what I got Mitch.

I can't get the car under control with park brake use. I scrub off too much speed. I still have about 4/10ths left out on track. I will try Sunday night. Off to GT3 for the next 3 days...

Forgot to break it in, did these at 201BHP

Question at the exit of turn one as you climb theres something that looks like a footpath, where the road ends and the footpath begins, so theres a slightly raised step, if a wheel touches that is that considered hitting the wall?

On second thoughts, I don't even think I touch it

Our standard has been: If you can get your wheels up on it, it's legal. Both types of curbs exist in SSR5, for example...the one in the S in the middle of the track can be driven on, but the ones on the final turn complex just bounce you like a wall would. I'm not sure how these ones at Monaco react.

I think I heard a little scratch sound so ill consider it dirty, was a good lap though :( I think I can get it back but it will take some time

There’s some great laps being run this week (as always). Nice to be running with Lucas again as well 👍
Had a gone run last night but I seemed to have wall magnets fitted to the front of my Mazda. Went through T2 at 1:26.34x on one lap but then got excited and… :banghead:

Slower splits than the one I hit the invisible wall :banghead: will have another go tomorrow

I'll be honest, first go at this on Monday left a bad taste of terminal understeer and I decided to skip it.... Then I saw Mike's splits and doubly decided to skip it! :sly:

Then he let slip his little handbrake trick, which is something I've thus far avoided doing but decided to bite the bullet and have a bash tonight. After 2 hours of wall-banging, swearing, drinking huge amounts of coffee and a walk round the garden to calm down, I got the hang of it I think.

Last sector was ok but I think I dropped a tenth through the swimming pool. Best sectors after getting the rhythm 32.545 and 52.591 so a couple of tenths to find.... but not tonight, I'm done in. Mike, you're a nutter mate. :P

Just had a first go at this, and I admit it's a bit frustrating at times... I think it will take me a while to get up to my division's pace.

Chris, do you mind sharing your tune, I'd be curious to see if it suits my style better than Mike's, who knows?

Jon! Great to have you back!

Nice splits Chris!👍 i also try to stay away from the handbrake but after trying it for fun i was surprised how well it was working! :dopey:

Finally got a clean lap that didn't stink too much...

Always a pleasure to be within a few tenths of you, brother. 👍 I hope I get a chance to hit this again.

I'm really curious to know whether handbrake gains will be worth the tire wear in the Wed online race, where we've set the tire/fuel rate to Very Fast (Normal X 4). 💡

Good to see you slamming it in gear, Chris. 👍

No problem 👍:

Edit - Just noticed I put WRS 128 on the image.... jumping ahead a week. :dopey:

Yeah it does work well on this combo - actually pretty good fun too once you get a rhythm. :)

Slamming is definitely the right word Lucas - the first hour was like learning how to drive all over again. :P

Hard to get a good rhythm with the handbrake, I think its tune specific too, I hate it when you push it and nothing happens, then you push it again and round the car goes :banghead: Nice T1 btw 👍

I know how that feels! First splits:

May as well be the time I submit with as I have little time this weekend ;)
