Been running quick recently, switched to CSLACR's gearing (Hey look! Someone got your name right!)
I lost a tenth at the start of T2 - did not get a great exit in the run up to the long right-hand sweeper, but made up for it with nice exits to the next two turns - the left right was ok, 7/10 perhaps and I finished fairly well - a close-ish call on the penultimate turn, I JUST clipped the thin rumble area but on closer inspection it was literally an inch onto them and I did not get near to the curb. I doubted it at first but once I'd seen it/paused it twice round I was certain it's submittable.
I can go faster than this but it'll take a lot of patience now. Saw a 13.59x and I've also been a good tenth up on my ghost at the start of T2, but in the laps after this best one yet I noticed that I was getting absolutely slaughtered in the last half of the lap....

I think this setup is now PERFECT for the DS3 (Gearing is all CSLACR's work, suspension may also be mostly if not all)
BB 6/4
Aero: Max/Max
Transmission/Gearing: 3.007 / 2.067 / 1.570 / 1.290 / 1.055 / 0.882 (4.062)
LSD: 20/50/15
Suspension: 10/-15, 14.5/14.5, 10/10, 6/6, 5/5 - Camber 2.6/1.5 - Toe -0.05/0.20
TCS 1, ABS 1, Controller sensitivity 1, Active Steering Strong
Key thing for pad is stronger accel setting on LSD.

Edit: Woo, 14th on splits - nice! Also noticed a dead heat for 2nd place - very nice!
