Got a litlle nervous after T2 and unfortunately did average in last 3 turns.....but I'm getting there slowly....:)
 
Another 1 1/2hrs spent tonight searching different lines and alternate gear selection at certain corners has yielded another gain for me to T3 and significant gains to the line.

I think thats about it for me to be honest now.....

T1: 0'15.696

New splits, Improved .3 at the line.

Loosing .1 in T1 and about .2 in T1 - T2 and probably another .1 in T2 - T3 :lol:

Goal is to improve another .3 in total and then its a bonus from then on 👍

To adjust brake balance you have to route something called RA Functions to the buttons on your DS3. Just look for it in the options controller menus.

Edit: And yes, it is allowed.

Just had my first crack, what a great match-up i must say .
Well did about 25 laps and here are the splits.

T1 :15.731
T2 :25.389
T3 :21.149
 
Need to do them in their sector times, Danny. Otherwise you'll be bottom of the board.

Spent some more time on it this morning, getting consistent .7s in T1, really struggling in T2 and getting .9s in T3. Set up my pad to the RA adjustment so I can fiddle with BB.
 
Road rage - in a driving game... with no other cars on the track... :crazy:

Finally made progress. Final sector is a bit messy but still added up to a much faster lap. Think I've got a better handle on the 1st sector now...

Set a better T1 and T2 on the next lap but outbraked myself at the bottom of the hill after the tunnel. Made the dog jump with my "exclamation" :crazy:

This week is proving to be a bit more enjoyable than last weeks (tuning) combo. Less time tuning, more time on the track (literally as i am not spinning off at every attempt).

T1 is so difficult for me 👎, I've done a 21.099 on T3 so I'll keep pushing on this one.

First session of 10 laps completed, the first four were green but after that five pretty red times. But the last lap was hot for now, although i made an error in all 4 sections so there should be more to come from my side timewise.

Arrrrgggg!!! I lose a tenth, gain a tenth, loose half a second...I am finding consistency a real problem......fun though :)

Seems to be a lack of discussion on how to attain better times, with mostly just splits being posted. Are we not to talk strategy?

There is not much strategy to this weeks WRS. Only things that are possible to change is brake balance and cornering lines. But cornering lines are really down to personal preference ;)
