New splits:

27.094
19.745

Finally starting to get the hang of the esses. I've seen a few 26.9s in T1, but then always seem to blow it in the last corner. There is a lot of time to be won or lost in T3, much more than I initially thought.

D3 needs to slow the hell down! I thought we were buds here!
Getting behind the wheel now.

Agree with this.
I haven't had a chance to run this again since my first and only submitted splits.
I'm beggining to feel left out of the crazyness.

Well, my mother in law had a heart attack today, or rather, persistent recurring heart attacks for the past two days. She was put in a lifeline chopper and sent to an enormous hospital about an hour and a half away for the majority of treatment. She was very lucky to have all the time she did to get to a hospital, and is luckily looking at a full recovery. 👍
But with all the associated drama, hospital visits, etc, I doubt I'll be seeing more time for this week, so time submitted, maybe I'll get lucky and have another run on Monday, best of luck out there guys, and remember, if your chest and left arm hurt significantly, don't ignore it.
It seems to be a bad time lately for WRS family members...

That is the truth. Atleast the WRS people know what is more important and don't put the game over family.👍
Last week I had lost a member of my family and that's why I had been 'missing' most of the week.

I hope everything goes good and as planned with her recovery.👍
And good luck with your time if you don't get another run.

Sorry to hear about the bad news, Dominic, we'll hope for the best.

27.017
19.858

I have a busy weekend (important fishing/crabbing/watching-F1) but I'm nowhere near done with this one. 👍

Racing ON!

Sorry to hear about your mother in law, CSLACR
I hope she recovers as planned.

T1 26.817
T2 19.668

finally getting the hang of this one.... found alot of time in T3, I was amazed at the difference once I started running the right line... geeeez.

not sure I can take much more off.....

Crap, JB, nice work! 👍

I ended the night with a similar T2 as I had before, but improved T1 and T3:
(Finally in the 26's in T1!!!)

26.931
19.843

EDIT: Oh my garsh, exactly 0.100 away from poolhaas, how does this keep happening?!?
Close enough to catch you if you don't nail T3!

Responding to jack below, my highest speed across the line is 166mph. (I know, you weren't asking me! :dunce:)

Great T1 Lucas 👍

And... we'll see about that T3 :sly:

Thanks Gravitron, I don't think the first two sections are that important, it almost seems like the third one is the most important no matter what track we are at. I can tell you though, This track is very finicky, if you are a foot off you will lose time.... I'm going to keep beating it even though I doubt i can beat my time.

You guys keep pushing me and I appreciate it, I like the close competition. :-)

Its all good. After reading Twissys time of a low 26.6 to T1 I knew it was time to throw in the towel its 2.5 tenths faster than my best to T1 time and I know extra MPH at the line equates to a tenth at T1 for sure.

You switched to wheel and you were very smart to. I tried my old 200' wheel. I beat my best possible i probably can do DS3 time by 2 tenths in just a handful of laps. Did both a 1 tenth better than ever time to T1 27.769 and a 1 tenth better than ever time thru T3 and that was ridiculously easy to do BTW with a wheel.

Only 3 times did I ever get a 166mph start with my DS3 usually its 165. I get 166 every time no matter how poorly I take the last corner with my wheel.👎

167/168 mph, will restart the lap if im not at that at that speed going over the line

Calm down - you're enthusiasm is killing me. Sure you're not using SRF by accident? That T1 seems almost impossible.

26.719
19.504

Looking for half a tenth.... :dopey:

Thanks man. I just got a 167 at the line with my wheel and I blew away my best DS3 time thru T3 by 4 tenths. Thats crazy. So of course I set a new best OT while driving every other part of the track very poorly. Its funnier than hell to watch the replay thru the chicane its one wild crazy ride thats for sure. Ive got to actually check and see if I have at least 2 wheels on the track at all times. Lmao

All the best CSLAR 👍

Great times that from D2 and D3

Not spending the usual time with this but even so a little improvement

T1: 26.889
T2: 19.573

Seen some 26.7xx but choke everytime

I myself have seen a .690 in T1 once,
and I am D2 so it must definetly be possible for you D1 guys to get a low .6 there
I do think getting a .5 there is impossible

LOL, if only, SRF would make the lap alot easier, just chuck it into turn 2 and plant the throttle,

using 8/10 BB btw 👍

new splits with my 200' wheel

T1: 26.718
T2: 19.622

Im shocked at my T1 times now because Ive never been good with a wheel and now thats a pretty dang good time.

If I get the chicane figured out a bit better Ill be really stoked.

Im now 5 tenths lower than my best DS3 time. 3.5 lower than the best possible time I think I could hope to get with a DS3.

Nice splits Jack.

And to match you to T2

26.755
19.585

Six hundredths faster at T2, but only 15 thousandths at the line. Every little bit helps though 👍

I'm using 7/10 now.... any more than 7 feels like the front is pushing too much. I've also seen a couple of 26.69x but a low .6 is alien territory. My D1 turbo button must be malfunctioning....

Still, great splits by everyone 👍

Racing on... (Where is Chuk anyway?)

New fast lap, new splits.

T1: 26.885
T2: 19.660

Starting to think I'm getting near the end of my rope on this one.
