I was dropping to 4th gear for turn 2 early in the week, but staying in 5th is faster for me. My breaking point is when the car is just about to hit the shadow before the corner & turn when I pass it. Managed a 26.686 some how, couldn't concentrate when I saw it.:)

Fifth is faster through turn 2... but almost impossible to hold it on the limit 9 times out of 10. I gave up with it and went back to using 4th. :sly:

3rd through the Esses, Kev. Not bothering with 4th between 'em though, Dom - it doesn't gain you anything, just makes it more like hard work.

Seen a 26.704 ( .686 is outrageous, mate 👍) and 2nd sector of 19.501 but don't think they are destined to be together. Just did my fastest 3rd sector so far though, with slightly slower T1:

26.804
19.524

Up 0.077 at the line. Pretty happy with what I've got thus far. :)

^This.

Nice splits Chris. You D1 guys have an uncanny ability to just keep grabbing the hundredths that amazes me

I'm 5 hundredths down (3.7m at the line) on my trifecta and will see if I can find them, but it's likely I've hit the high water mark for this event. I was fortunate last night to get a good two hours straight and started at 8pm rather than my usual approach which is 20 minutes or so at 11:30pm. Not being tired really helps 👍 :dunce:

Am submitting early to take the pressure off, but I'll keep running some more and see what turns up

Finally finding some time to get back into WRS... After 15 laps:

27.290
19.716

Has anyone messed around with the brake bias? I find it a pain to setup on the six axis so I might not bother with it unless it's helpful in the corners requiring braking.

I found 5/7 abs 2 helps rotate the car a bit, but the lsd defeats this cars turn in ability.

T1: 27.000
T2: 19.934

Shaving some more off T2 again, at least when I'm not stuffing turn 2. Getting to the frustrating part now in that 80% or more of my laps are red flagged because of silly mistakes. Gonna give it one more shot over the weekend and hopefully have everything put together. 👍

Nice splits!
Looks like you maybe heading for another D4 victory.
Don't want to jinx you but it's looking good.

Way to go DigitalBaka, 27.000 WOW! Back to work on my T1.

T1: 27.170
T2: 19.833

Thanks teecro, keep in mind Digital is using a DS3, I can't believe his times, its amazing.
I am using high lines wherever possible, 3rd in chicanes I have brakes set 0/10. Also my best runs seem to be on lap 1.

Found a tenth for the T1+T2 splits, but almost 1sec better for the lap.
Good news is: my previous T3 sucked and now it's "better".
Bad news is: T1 and T2 are not where I'd like them. 👎 (Like poolhaas, still haven't gotten below 27.0xx in T1)

27.203
19.800

Still loving the combo though. 👍 Echo the D4 respect! 👍👍

WRS has kept me so enthralled that I haven't even gotten to the Lotus or Subaru Expert Seasonal Challenges yet. And those are at the top of my GT Life TODO list!

Some really nice new splits everyone. 👍

I went 2 tenths faster at the line today. Im hoping I can get my times recorded this TT.

No new better times for T1 or T2

26.866 and 19.580 thats as low as I have ever went on each split so far but not as low as I think I can go. I want another tenth on each. I really dont care much if my OT goes lower now but I do like to think I can run as low a time as anyone thru any corner wheel or DS3. (except at Indy LOL) So ill keep on trying.:)

T1: 27.416
T2: 19.836

Wow, top two or three D4 guys turning in some astonishing splits!!

💡 Maybe promotions are due for a couple?? 👍

Excellent work Phillip and Speedy 👍 looks like I'm going to have to keep going to stand any chance of a podium...

Well unfortunately I only ran this combo half a day :(. I really like HSR because back in GT5P it was PAD friendly, but that seems to have changed now.

I will be gone for the whole weekend so don't have any time left, submitted with splits on the board. Goodluck for the people still chasing thousands :D.

Sorry Speedy...

Was running a few laps to get warmed up and inadvertently discovered that my T3 still had a chunk missing. So I've run another lap and got it pretty well hooked up with a 46.41x at T2 and a .22x improvement at the line.

Knowing I'd already run faster to T2, I gave it another bash. Time to T2 was 46.30x ...... and then I crashed :ouch:

Mother 🤬

Will try again later :D

Here are my splits so far.:)

26.891
19.515

I am getting there with T1, I was barely under 27.xxx yesterday, I would still like it to be a tenth quicker though, still there's time yet.:sly:

The exit of Turn 2 keeps getting me. I always end up slightly brushing the wall on laps that end up being potentially faster than the time I'm trying to beat. :ouch:

Time for me to step away and give it a go another day!

I can't even match my last splits. Right now the S'es are my problem.....again.

Going back to look at vids. :nervous:
