New splits after a light shopping :sly:
T1: 22.188
T2: 37.407

Am really struggling to get my T1 down below 22.0 as most others seems to be able to... :ill:
However am pretty satisfied with the T2 for now.

Edit:
Managed to get a bit faster...
T1: 22.118
T2: 37.271

Will keep on trying to get my T1 better..
About BB, I also didn't find any big difference.. using standard BB now.
Early gear-change seems to be slower, just as markyboy also noticed

I have tryed a few BBs, dont really seem to have made much difference, maybe gaining .1 in T2 but losing that in T1, standard BB to start with i was doing low .1s T1 for fun at one point now i seem to struggle to get that, .6s T2s are reasonably comfortable with the odd .5, i think ill be happy as soon as i get a 57.5 T2 split and have a decent last sector. Stringing a lap together within .3-.4 of my limit seems like something i could do 49 out of 50 laps but stringing every corner together spot on is hard to do well as always.
Tryed changing gear early, if anything it seems slower.
Tips to anyone struggling just remember exit is more important than the entry, slower in faster out, small/simple imputs to the wheel/toggle.

T1: 21.639
T2: 36.788

A bit slower in T1 but almost 3 tenths faster in T2.

The lap was dirty. 3 wheels were touching the grass while cutting the chicane in T1.

New splits:

T1: 21.505
T2: 36.802

Managed to do a even faster lap.

My assumption was about Autumn ring only, and only in inside line. You don't get red if go past the rumble strip exiting too fast. I find that you can easy red in turn 2, 5, in the last chicane and in penult corner. Just would like to know if you found laps inadmissable for WRS without going red in these corners

I dont recall getting more than 2 red timers thru T3 ever. I dont trust the red timers they dont always trip on some other tracks I have found in seasonal TTs and will let you get away with murder sometimes.

I inspect my replays really hard thru every corner including all thru T3 as well to make sure I got outside tires on or vertically in line with the rumbles.

I wouldnt trust the games red timers thru those corners myself.

Cracked a 57.5 to T2, although there is still some more to find around T1 - T2 so a 57.4 is hopefully possible; New splits:

T1: 21.074
T2: 36.521

T1: 21.483
T2: 36.987

BB 3/3

Ive done some .3s now to T1. Would like to start whittling my T2 time down. Thats about the best T2 I have done, regardless of any BB I use I run almost the best same time. Im not really sure how to attack the corner before the T2 checkpoint at all. It feels so ackward everytime I take it.

Now that I really think about it every corner feels ackward in this car. hahaha

Some tenths found in T2 and T3, but with a slower T1.
Does fetchbot update if I post slower times?

Yes, and we'd rather see those slower splilts, so that at the end of the week, your latest submitted splits match your submitted lap. Not a requirement, but it's just more honest. 👍

First splits after 90 minutes, need to find more time in T2 and I know where.

21.233
37.076

First splits of the week:

21.558
37.141

Took a while to settle in on this one as I wasn't enjoying it that much the first few dozen laps, but now it's growing on me. My wife does all the groceries now so maybe I should have her give it a go.... I don't even know which aisle has the salsa anymore. :dopey:

I'm very conservative in T1 and T3. Just think I'm using all the kerb but in replay there is another half meter, or a yard.... I also suffer in GT mode combos. Also require a lot of time to tune the car as you wish.

Which view do you use when driving?
Personally when racing I use the bumper cam, but since my re-entry into the WRS I've noticed that it is difficult to know where the edge of the car is in this view as it varies with each car, so when hot lapping I use the hood cam so I can see the front corners of the car enabling me to use more kerb than having to guess the width of the car in bumper cam.

Latest splits, small improvement.

T1, 21.809
T2, 37.699

First run of 12 laps. Not the best I can do as my pedals are going buggy due to one of the recent game patches, which I suspect was 1.12 because they worked fine in the game before that came out.

T1: 21.910
T2: 37.425

New Splits:

T1: 21.313
T2: 36.674

I'm getting there now. I can't see much more in T1 but I'm losing almost 2 tenths at the loop in T2, I reckon a 36.4xx is doable for the top guys.

First splits after an hours session:
T1: 21.561
T2 36.856

Anyone got a number for a taxi so I can get a lift to some of the apexes in T's 2+3, shouldn't be any clean/dirty issues on a few corners if I need verifying this week!!

First GT5 session for almost a week after I had to dismiss my (anyway stinking) C9 Le Sarthe time due to 3 wheels on the green.

Really looking forward to this week, I like easy, slow, short laps where in can just do one after the other and see on my ghost where to gain time.

First 25 laps, seem to stabilize my times, only slight deviation:

T1: 22.075
T2: 37.281

Hopefully I'll have some time tonight to get back to this. There's gotta be a good .5 out there waiting for me, probably hiding in the bushes and when I find them I'll freak out and ruin the lap

Sweating my 🤬 off seeing that first split come up.
Hoping I wouldn't throw it away by doing something foolish along the way.

21.449
37.050

New splits

T1 21.112
T2 36.788 :ouch:

Manged to work out T1, had T2 worked out as well, I was running low .6s with the odd high .5 but you can't have it all as they say.

There's at least 0.150 left for me in T2. Not sure about T3 as I have nobody to compare with :sly:

In all hoping to shave off another couple of tenths before the deadline, just have to hope I can hook a full lap together.

Seems I went faster in T3, as I have a slower time up to T2, so found a tenth extra somehow in T3

Nice splits Speedy 👍

I'll do that... later 👍
I'm still enjoying my temporary 1st place in div2..... I was struggling with the Subaru in Div3/4 area two weeks ago :dopey:

Also with 'bumper' cam (really, the inside cam without cockpit) and.... trial and error to find track limits.
