First splits this week. I've got a couple of on-line races scheduled, so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do with this, but I love this track!! 👍 Kevin!!
T1: 49.605
T2: 45.054
T3: 1'26.224

Racing On!

Latest splits,

Better T1 & T3, bad T2. Need to string it all together for one lap.:banghead:

T1, 49.046
T2, 44.452
T3, 1'25.909

(my very first WRS splits! :dunce:)

Welcome to the party 👍

Yeah I agree Chuk - this track is great. I was a little daunted at first since I've never driven the full course but it's fantastic when you start getting a rhythm..

Shame about the T2 Blair... nailing it together is very tricky. The last sector is perfect for ruining a good lap too.

Another small step for me:

48.297
43.273
1'23.801

Makes up for my disastrous 3D3 races this evening :P

Hey Lefty, that ` should be a ' !!! :)

 Fellow Registry Members  I just went back and did a forensic anel exam on the ASCII characters that I use to portray my times and I am using the correct "asterisk" denote that in fact is the single strike of the famous "Quote" symbol, so I don't know what character it is that some might think I am blindly slapping about

On a standard 101 QWERTY board the character that you must think that I am using is the lower case character that is found on the other side of the board that is occupied by the "Tilde" character"

I take my information that I archive in an "ASCII" text editor and copy and past so that there isn't any misinterpretations or key strike issues.

------------------------- reality check -------------------------

The Seven Second Club .................. WHAT !!!!

I just realized that this car is FF

(not that I think that it will matter "great job "Wes" )

Using same tune as Wes, but just changed front spring to min.
LSD 60/60/5
Trans 270kph (standard)
BB 3/7 , ABS 1
And of course HB :sly:

Lost good half second in T2 off my best, but nailed T3 nicely. I can see another 8 tenths to a second left for me if i get another go at this.
I think that's just about everything off my list now Kevin 👍 :)

49.119
43.904
1'24.537

After a close to close week with the M3 I can't stop laughing looking at the board. Dozens of seconds behind the leader :banghead:
I don't know if I have time and tune-adjusting skill for a tuned event, but just did it with a T350C and loved the track flowing. Will give a try later with the french girl and w-g-e setups (thanks for sharing, mate).

EDIT:
First splits with 0km car, standard setup and w-g-e suggested gear ratios.
Just to enter the board, my first in no-arcade mode :)

T1: 51.109
T2: 45.338
T3: 1:29.033

After 1 hour and half, still at 0km, starting with w-g-e setup but with more neutral camber and toe: 6 seconds better :)

T1: 49.531
T2: 44.737
T3: 1:26.495

First crack...
Using Wes' tune (Thanks a lot Wes! 👍)

50.642
44.616
1'26.087

Wondered when you were going to chime in Christophe :)

Here's my setup... quite similar to Wes':

0/0
14.4/2.7
7/2
7/2
7/2
2.0/2.0
-0.20/-0.20

LSD 5/40/10

Brake balance 3/9

Stock gear ratios with top speed set at 162mph

Will there be any diffrences if I'd make some times in practice mode? My ISP thought that nobody would care if they would 🤬 my connection and I'm not able to sign in PSN and start the TT (using the neighbors' unsecured network at the moment, but I'd rather avoid connecting PS3 to it :dunce:).

Online physics vs offline physics are different, therefor...
No you can not do this in Practice Mode.

You can practice there all you want but the submitted time, or even splits, should be from the online TT.

I think he just want to practice ;)
And I'm surprised that your stream is Onffine :dunce:

Oh hey Peter - didn't see you there mate. Should've known you'd turn up for a rally event :sly: Nice opener 👍

Can you help me, please? After some Bobbing now the Prune is at 224CV/422PP. Am I far from maxed out car? I lost count of km.

I think that will be or will almost be the max hp you'll be able to get out of it. :)

The time trial doesn't use online physics though. I've done this in both modes (practise mode and seasonal TT) and I couldn't notice any difference.
You still can't submit a lap from practise mode though.

I abandoned w-g-e setups. I prefer it in the snow with a softer front and more neutral on tires.

T1: 49.056
T2: 44.279
T3: 1:26.086

Main difference - Online Time Trial forces Skid Recovery Force to "OFF".

We have some methods of detecting SRF use on Tarmac, but I don't want to count on those with rally. So our rally events have been limited to events that SRF is forced to "OFF".

I think that's just about everything off my list now Kevin

I'm always open to quality suggestions. Even if I don't use them right then and there, it doesn't mean they won't be taken into account. :)

I agree. I ran an hour or so in free practice yesterday to break in the engine a bit (fat good it did me though, just 2 hp gained) and there was no difference in handling whatsoever.

Latest splits,

A little more overall improvement.

T1, 49.122
T2, 44.253
T3, 1'25.589

Ran 8 laps with the car, half on manual. My splits stand around the mid of the board, and none of the laps were clean ones :dunce:
Really need some lights on how to rallying

This is all for today. The funniest event I entered since joining WRS 👍
Still tweaking with setup

T1: 49.198
T2: 43.944
T3: 1:25.367

49.071
43.215
1'24.058

I know exactly what I'm doing wrong in the first sector but I just cannot execute it correctly.

Anyone knowing of a good setup?
I plan on doing this event...

I see Wes's, is it good?

*I'M A TOTAL NOOB AT TUNING SO I CAN'T JUDGE MYSELF*
