GTP_WRS (GT5) Week 8 : Star in a Reasonably Priced Car

I figured out turn 1 and Chicago today making me a lot faster and more consistent. I was braking later than I should at both. Unfortunately it was 20 mins before I had to leave for work so couldn't get a good lap in. With a good run and going off of splits I did today, I can take .150 off my posted time.

I won't be back on the track until Sunday night unfortunately.

Absolutely gutted. Been running 25 flat T2s but ruined this one when i had a great t1 and awesome t3. getting the hang of it.... I reckon I've done 10 hours on this. Way more than any other week!

yeah i surprised myself, even went to check that i had the correct tyres on, and have watched the replay so many times,

....which gives you 91mph past the tyres.

I manage this maybe 2/10 tries - although probably 1/50 tries I actually get to that point in the lap

video, or it didn't happen....

Bit late in starting this week and it looks like the worst week I could have done it on. D3 times are amazing. Feeling very slow and a bit drunk tonight but here's my splits.

T1: 42.246
T2: 25.115

Got a consistent T1 but struggling with T2. This was my best T2(felt lucky) but a poor T3. Hopefully more to come.

I ran a few sessions with SRF on for my first GT5 WRS and posted better than representative splits so I know the feeling.

Maybe in 2012 PD will finally implement that oh-so-complicated SRF indicator?

When I watch a lap that's seconds faster than me, I honestly have no idea if they might have SRF on because the car seems much better-controlled than when I drive it.
