It's not really about how many negative handicaps you achieve its more how much you beat your handicap by and how consistently you can achieve this .

If you make a note of your absolute handicap each week (that you make; perhaps the delta, too), it will probably become clear enough when you're promoted. The exact mechanism is purposefully undisclosed.

There is no minimum time, but occasionally the moderation team will need to agree on a promotion before it becomes official (usually only for promotion to D1G). Also, promotions may be held up for logistical reasons (e.g. I'm out of town, bug in the program, etc). Finally, there is a minimum number of events that must be completed before a first promotion is allowed (4 or so).

@GTP_Dutchy This is what I found on the subject. You have 5 results now, 4 of those have been made official and should be processed. The explanation must be that the minimum is 5 official events before the first promotion is allowed.
