The computer won't miss it (but can be prone to the occasional bug). However, D1G promotions will never happen without a discussion among the staff and manual approval.

Sorry but you were a couple hours too late for the latest batch announced on Monday in this thread. You'll be included in next Monday's batch and can officially participate then.
Until then you can feel free to run the Elise / Trial Mt combo and even post splits in the thread, but you won't be able to submit an official time, and won't appear on the leaderboard.

no worries, I got plenty i can/need to do/practice i plan on starting at the back of the pack , im not the biggest lotus fan either, those old bmw's looked sweet from a few weeks back
