After playing on F1 2010 all week getting back to GT5 physics is hard.

T1 1'00.500
T2 1'49.012

Lighting splits Maz 👍

And thanks Andy for closing the gap on me, making me :nervous:

Well done Joost, you notice I didn't use the quote :scared:

Thanks for your hard work.

Phillip.

Six weeks off, I have one session and then hurt my back :grumpy: I've been to see the medicine man and hopefully the medication will kick-in so I can run again tomorrow,...here's hoping. :ouch:

First splits:
T1: 59.198
T2: 1'47.085

Not going to be anywhere near the podium, the times are amazing this week.

I fear that this will be my last participation in WRS for the same reason! F1 is much more fun than I could of imagined! Its nothing like GT in the physics and graphics department, well, any department really! But, because its new and does a good job of keeping me entertained, I feel like it probably wont be getting switched off until november 5th!

Its been great racing with you guys! Wether faster or slower you all inspire me. I've enjoyed every second of the WRS and I cant wait to join you all again for GT5! May the decades greatest game and the internets greatest race series come soon ;)👍

Oh and one last thing,.. special mention for helping me to improve through advice or close competition, and many many thanks go to phillip, crispy, crazy T, daan, spyrrari, madmax, giant, porsche, andy and EDK. :) Thanks for making the experience both enjoyable and educational. See you in november :D

(and in a page or two with my final splits :ouch:)

And thanks Andy for closing the gap on me, making me :nervous:

You're welcome ;) I'll probably have another go tomorrow but I would be surprised if I could do any better... On the other hand, tomorrow is the first day that I don't have to get up at 2AM this week. So I'll finally be able to have a session without falling asleep behind the wheel :P

Not that I want to make you even more nervous :P

Alright, I'm, done the rest of the Week. Felt I couldn't improve, submitted a time and hoping for the best. 👍

Good luck to the rest of you!

Wow that is a cool combo, I didn't race in here since week 65
I found this was a good occasion to give a new try to these races which are really cool!👍

Even if I'm late, I think it's better than to stay without trying! :sly:

EDIT: Well,... I underestimated the importance of playing regularly to keep in mind the physics. I play iRacing since 1 month and now I can't drive it like I did before so as optimistic as I was before trying, I fear I won't be able to post a decent time, so no submit this week! I look forward, though to retry next week, if our great EDK finds the perfect combo ;)

Sorry, double post, I know... Fetchbot isn't picking up my edited sig, so trying new post.

T1: 58.650
T2: 1'46.366

Sorry, double post, I know... Fetchbot isn't picking up my edited sig, so trying new post.

I believe that Fetchbot only looks at the signature's every 24 hours. So you'll have to be a little more patient :)

Hmmm, thanks for the hint Andy!

New splits;

T1: 58.682
T2: 1'46.296

T1: 58.571
T2: 1'45.819

Finally a good lap, but there is still room for improvement.

New splits, (no pain no gain right?) I'll try again after the next round of medication

T1: 58.746
T2: 1'46.324

D.

First go with my shiney new DFGT, I will get the hang of this thing ready for november!!!

T1 1'01.429
T2 1'51.407

Consistency is my big problem atm, way slower in sector 1, only .009 slower in sector 2 and 0.6xx faster at the line...enough for today...will try and string it all together tomorrow

T1: 1'00.078
T2: 1'47.996

3 tenths faster at the line with these:

T1: 58.043
T2: 1'45.428

Lost a tenth at spoon and probably another tenth somewhere in sector 3. Another tenth at the line will satisfy me. :D

So frustrating to know what you are doing wrong, but not being able to get it just right...

T1: 59.601
T2: 1'47.834

How could I miss this wonderfull déja vu with the F430 and Suzuka ;)

Here are my first splits:

T1: 58.398
T2: 1'45.811

A couple of tenths to be found here and there, but the final sector was about optimal.

Small improvements:

T1: 58.348
T2: 1'45.674

I really dislike Ferraris for some reason.
Anyway my 2nd run (5 laps) got me a second faster but I still feel there is plenty of time to get.

T1: 59.294
T2: 1'47.709

Submitted with spilts on the board. This lap was set in the first stint i did last sunday. Tried it on wednesday and saturday but just could not improve. Came close a couple of times but that was it, really made me :ill:

Good luck everybody

And thanks for this weeks combo 👍

My time also submitted with current splits, wont be able to get another session in before tomorrow evening

Thanks again for a great combo well deserving of the 100th WRS :)
