Well, I just spent the last half hour on the non-variable course.:banghead:

Thankfully this is an awesome combo so it's not too bad.

36.183
1'37.133

A full tenth off my previous best on S1, a tenth up on S2, messed up the bus stop but still a tenth up at the line. Lap felt weird but there's lots more time to get a good lap sorted.

1'36.583

Thats about .2 lost only in turn 1 another .15-.3 in sector2. At least thats a real good final - .12 at the line. Submitted and accepted - not accepted by me though. Hope I can find the time tomorrow morning for a final session this year.

Unfortunatly, I wont be able to deliver a time for this week :( pity. i loved th combo, but only got around 12 laps on it, and spa is not a circuit I play often, so there's way ton of improvement. I'll have my go at the sunny honda. but its damn bad I Don't have more time to get this one. darn xmas

Struggling to beat my lap when I get a faster T2 👎 leaving a couple of tenths off my ideal lap also... will try a final session tomorrow before submitting :)

Good luck to all and have a nice Christmas 👍

Just a quick question, are the white lines on the edges of the rumble at the top of Eau Rouge still track?

I assumed they're not. I threw out a faster lap because of that area. But, I'm not 100% sure. Incredibly helpful, I know.:boggled:

Submitting with these splits! Had about 30 minutes tonight since I don't have time tomorrow at it and happy to end with these splits. Still quite some time left especially in T2.

Noooooo! :( :(
Guess I'll have to contend with fighting for 2nd place in D2.

But man, you shouldn't even be in D2 right now!

 Hey man for where you are at right now and you just joined the WRS not long ago. You are very fast for where you are at right now! Keep at it dude! I know you will be in D1 soon!

Thank You! But I am in D2 :P

Oh by the way, using @Meister Fetz tune! Thanks a ton for the tunes lately Fetz!

Thanks, but I know I got a lot more to do and lots more to learn. I've only had GT6 for half a year but going back to gtplanet and seeing the WRS is more than enough to keep me at it. Getting placed in D2G's actually a surprise, given how inconsistent I've been the past few weeks.

I'm really working to at least get back on form this week, I absolutely adore the Supra and Spa's a track I love, especially in the Codies F1 games. :)

Just a quick question, are the white lines on the edges of the rumble at the top of Eau Rouge still track?

I always go on the basis that, if something is not specifically mentioned in the OP, then it is not legal...my impression of it is that the white line (I assume it's supposed to be concrete or something) behind the rumble is not part of the rumble strip, so is illegal

I think @Cats_PJs is correct but I also would like to know for sure.

I thought it was a separate strip of concrete that bordered the outside of rumble strip but after I looked at it closely it appears that is part of the rumble strip "structure" but not painted.

Because its not red or white I'm going to assume it dirty per the description but I would hold on to any questionable replays until we get conformation.

Red and White rumbles and tarmac are legal track. No other surfaces are track.

Submitted, but with different splits then the board shows.
I'm sorry.checked the complete lap but forgot the splits :grumpy:
They were slower anyway..maybe an Admin (@PASM or @Gravitron can remove them from the board?)

Happy holidays everyone

I think I need a picture to judge because I'm not entirely sure which surface you are talking about.

Only if you want the splits removed. You can also check them later, I believe Fetchy keeps updating splits but obviously stops accepting submissions after the deadline.

I'm not able due to work to post splits, removal will be fine, thanks:tup:

Oops, I had already shut down my PS3 before seeing this. IMO its pretty obvious, on the left side of Eau Rouge about 1/2 way up the hill there is some unpainted concrete that borders the left side of the red and white rumble strips for some distance up the hill.

Its no longer an issue for me, I've since bagged a faster lap that I know is clean.
