I'll give this one a go when I get a chance 👍 I've actually never competed in WRS so I'm looking forward to doing so :) Thanks to Maz for talking me into it

Hey Brock, I'm really glad you decided to come and have a look

I reckon this stuff is totally up your street.

Remember, you can only discuss your first and second splits, not total laptime. And you must submit your final laptime to Vaxen by PM before 12 midnight GMT on Monday 👍

We definitely need more D1 in WRS. Spread the word. I'm also going on hardcore recruiting mission for WRS

New splits:

T1: 31.724
T2: 53.548

Have seen a couple 31.6xx's in T1, so I may have .05 to .1 left, but not much more.

Excellent splits Carl, this week I'm sure you'll have me beat with that T2. I can't imagine I'm finding 0.1 on you and more in the last corner.

All the best
Maz

Submitted with splits on the board. Coudln't come close to my ghost in the last session so thus will have to do for this week. Although I'm first on the leader board in Div 4 i don't expect to win this week since I had a bas last sector. But I do hope for a podium place!

Had another quick go last evening but couldn't improve... happy with my time though and that's probably it for me.

New splits after another 40 minute session

T1: 32.129
T2: 54.151

If we don't have band practice tomorrow, I'll be able to have another go at this, otherwise these'll be the splits that I'll be submitting.

Here are my splits after 10+ laps:
T1: 0'32'503
T2: 0'54'770

Not great but then again I am not a great driver :)

New splits with a decent last sector.

T1: 31.797
T2: 53.612

I've seen plenty of 53.5xx's for T2 but either I was too slow through the last corner or hit the barrier in that same corner. :ouch:

OOHHH YEAH. Finnaly a lap that I liked. Last corner was a bit worse but that was because of the nerves for screwing up the good T1 and T2 :D.

T1: 31.753
T2: 53.543

This the time I want to submit. F1 is close to it start and I am happy now :D.
How do I submit it btw??

Yer I reckon it looks like one of the V8 Supercar grids, with being so close in times and all.:sly:

+1, although the top spots in division 2, less than 0.2sec ahead, may as well be 2 days ahead on the track, I'm headed for a lowsy result this week.:P

Just got up this morning, and thought I'd give it a go with my DS3, and low and behold shaved off another couple of tenths.

DS3

T1: 32.100
T2: 54.079

This will have to be my submit time, as my kids will kill me if I spend any more time hogging the PS3.

Manic week, but got a session in this afternoon. Slightly adapted version of the Mk1 A.R.S.E Tune,

T1 - 31.870
T2 - 53.738

T1: 31.867
T2: 53.636

Submitting. Could spend hours chasing that last tenth. I've gone everywhere with the given tunes, but it all comes down to a great exit from the last "S" and a great final bend. Neither of which I think I had in my best lap.

All the best
Maz

I know they are slow but the lap time improved by .300, can't get all right in one lap :banghead:

T1 32.164
T2 54.246

Submitting...

31.779
53.570

I'd like to get another .1, I'll have time later to give it another shot.

Just a little perspective on everyone's results thus far. By real-world standards this field of GTP drivers in this event are extremely close. We have a field of over 30 drivers within 1 second of each other.

By comparison, I took a look at qualifying times for the Ferrari Challenge second qualifying times from Homestead last March, and there was almost a full 4 seconds separating the field. In that same qualifying session only the top 7 were within 1 second of each other.

So as far as T2 times go, we are all pretty close, and regardless of the final outcome I congratulate everyone for a job well done. 👍

I just wish we could all be on track at the same time, maybe on the PS4.

Be different if we were @ Suz of Fuji in a RWD car on S tyres, more like 4 or 5 secs then. :sly:

👍

Well judging by the number of posts in this week's thread WRS week 27 is by far the most popular combo of all Prologue weeks - the only thread that has exceeded the number of posts over 200, and by quite a bit. Funny because in general HSR is supposed not to be a too well liked track

Board updated.

👍

Top 30 drivers last week covered by 2.8secs. 👍

Very good turnout this week, we seem to be gaining more interest in D2,3 and 4 of late.

New splits from me.

31.973
54.050

:)

Nice splits Samantha.
No latte this time I take it.
That t2 puts you at the top of D4 girl, nice going.
Could be a winner, good luck.

As for me, well I have improved my best lap, but by only by .027.
I ran 2 more sessions (300 + laps total) with many overall lap improvements but not many t time improvements.
I must be at my limit as all my current saves (7) are within the same .027 sec.
Current fast lap splits.
31.863
53.757

Maybe time for 1 more session before London calls.
