GTPAAC: Week 19 - Bosozoku Cars

they can be found at daikoku events...these are those psycho-frankenstein looking cars known as bosozoku. whether it be vans, cars, or bikes, you can see these crazy looking machines all over japan. i'm sorry, but i could only find a pic of a few vans, as the main collection of images from vwvortex have disappeared. but, you should know what i'm talking about when i say boso cars. they have the outrageously large tail pipes (some stick straight up over 5 feet tall), fender flares, body kits, etc.

i thought it would be fun to do this, as it is all about creativity. remember, you can do cars, bikes, vans, or all three if you want.

I have a marker sketching tutorial, if anyone would like me to arrange that for you guys, I'd be glad to help out. It does not really show how to draw a car, it only shows how I personally like to render my drawings with markers/pastels. It is a fun technique and doesnt take too long.

When I wrote/drew the tutorial for people who asked, I didn't get any recognition for it, and nobody tried it. I don't want to waste my time again, I'd post it here too, if you guys actually use it...

Like I said, it's how to hand render, not how to line-draw a car. It's already written and scanned, I guess it's a way I could help out.

I had no idea that "bosozoku" were still around. I can't really blame you guys for making fun of bosozoku cars, but when I was a kid, I used to walk to school in two feet of sno........... I meant they used to have some awesome looking custom cars. Skylines, Chasers, Silvias, you name it. Yes, they were what you guys like to refer to as "ricers".
