1:24.1 by myself with the CLK-LM. Ford GT Spec 2 the other day I did low 24s with a 23.4 being my best. Seems I'm faster in other guys rooms.

I'm not sure if anyone has hit the 22's yet, but i'd like to think that there is always time to be gained on the track. And its only like a tenth or two that needs to be taken down to get into the 22's.

With the draft it's possible, probable even. I just got the CLK yesterday, so low 24s aren't bad. Plus I never was very good at this track.

well technically the faster you go as speed increases to ∞ the slower your time actually is then you start diverting your speed from traveling in time to just traveling in space. And if you were to ever achieve a lap time of 0:00:00......
you'd be in two places at once Or you just never started the lap

If this were facebook, i would totally "like" that comment.
Well since we could only ever possibly match the speed of light, I would be forced to accept having a lap where my average speed were ~3.0x10^8 m/s, and being that the track is 2.61 miles or 4200 m long, and that the transponder mounted at the start/finish line is stationary in an inertial reference frame and responds to the transponder on the car, there is no time dilation to the race officials, so my lap time would be viewed as 14 µs. New world record? I think so.
The X2011 is getting close to that time
