Great race. Not a whole lot of action for me, but kept me out of trouble. I desperately tried to catch blaze, after 3 quick hot laps couldn't get the draft and decided to pull it back and try to maintain 3rd till the end instead of risk going off and losing more spots. But then near the end I saw blaze getting close to Lucky and was watching the battle on the mini map causing me to nearly wreck a bunch... I was hoping they'd wreck each other and let me win! lol
At least I picked up fastest lap bonus point (I think) with my 3 1:22.9s trying to catch blaze.
I need to fix my pedals though.. lol For the first 30 minutes throttle jumps and has a huge deadspot.. after 30 minutes it warms up then only has a small dead spot. I can swap over the clutch sensor, but need to make a video to send back to fanatec first and have been slacking the past few weeks on it.

Overall had a decent race. Got stuck behind a slower car at one point. Really makes it rough to pass with 70 less HP and fear of damage. Then I get behind Tao after he pitted. I am not sure why. But he braked on a wide open section. This caught me off guard for I was looking to set up a pass on he next section. Sorry Tao, but what was you thinking man?

darn. It was you lol who goe fast lap. (1.22.940 to be exact)....I could tell you where pushing. At first i kinda just wanted to hold second place. But then I didnt want you in my draft so i was pushing like hell. And I was hauling in Lucky like a freight train. I couldnt catch him unfortunately not enought laps there at the end. but then I looked backed and wondered where you went lol. Once again my stupid mistake on lap 4 where i idiotically floored it too hard out of turn 1 and went into the kitty litter...But after that i was calm and able to push...Crashing got rid of all the nerves.

Standard peadals? If so it's not a bad pottentiometer, it's just loose. Anyways send them the video, or just search on Youtube and give them that(that's what I did to get a new loadcell), ask to get a credit and get yourself either a set of Clubsports or CSR Elites. Better yet if you can get a set of G25/27s buy them and use the adapter!

well i lifted early and let blaze go through to avoid damage going into 1. rode around for awhile and then took advantage of pressure and drove off into the proverbial sunset. gave up the lead twice for pits but my plan was to pit on laps 14 and 28 so i was happy to give it up. each time i came for tires i had a substantial lead of around 10 seconds. lapped traffic made me extremely nervous, but we have a very capable bunch which really helped the confidence. i would like to thank you guys that did move or not fight back you know who you are THANKS. anyways great race i felt i had the car to beat last week and that didn't pan out so i really needed the points this week. so overall it was a great race without question, looking forward to one of my favorite circuits!

Just wanna say sorry for the Div II guys. My wife was trying to get one of our cords that has extra outlets. She turned off the wrong one.

Yeah, i get 4-5 good laps then the car progressively loses front grip and usually gets me into trouble when i miss judge it. I normally use an oversteer setup, but my viper had a touch of understeer and haven't messed with it cause it's super stable and quick. I just have to be mindful of it as it's different then my norm.

Well it's not bad race for me, but i can be better then this, have a race start a little complicated, Peter damage my rear suspension in first corner and car stay a little strange and i lose more time than i expect. then i make what i can to recover but when i made the second stop I'm afraid to stay out of fuel again and put more then i real needed. loooool

Overall quite happy with my performance last night had resonable good race pace fastest lap i think was a 1.23.7sec quite happy with that tho 👍

you were behind me for a while, then you pitted. i just kept going to the end. Although if felt like i had 3 wheels.. still got a 5 sec lead at the end. One more lap i'd say you had me.

Sorry about that Magzire, I looked back after the start/finish line and you where a few car lengths back so decided to go into turn 1 on my usual pace and I did not think you would catch up that fast, I tried to avoid you but unfortunately got in contact.
No worries Hon, it's racing, with the 2 other guys in front of me I could not see you before it was too late and was not able to avoid the hithon1987

When you got disconnected on lap 40, you clearly had 2nd place. There was no way for 3rd and 4th to catch you by the end of the race. Hopefully they give you 2nd. You deserved it.👍
On another note. at 670HP The Corvette ZR1 was much faster than the rest of us. Nice to have a car run against us that isn't on the list. lol

I couldn't make the race, sorry guys. Next Sunday I might be out of town, but hopefully not. I had my g/f's nephew over and we were playing the Wii, had his mom come over when the race started so I couldn't make it.

I hadn't tried the ZR1 but if handles better meaning power could be removed. Oh please Jav switch them if so. These 670 HP cars are draft racing. Not really racing IMO.

Theoretically the Z06 is better....So kudos to GTP_Erik for banging around in a ZR1. He was really fast( on the leading pace) in our test session the other night. So its no surprise that he won the division II race by a fair bit. Doubt its the car because the forums seem to think either the Z06 is better or that their both even.

Ok, a race recap for me. In Practise, I could easily do 1:23's ,and that 1:23.1 was not a lucky shot. But at race day, I simply could not get the car there. The CLK just felt like it had a lot less grip than it should, and it wasn't biting in the corners, understeering in practically all of them, especially on corner entry. So bad that, I couldn't even break into the 1:23's at any point in either qualifying or the race, so I had to start 11th. Damage into turn 1 basically wrote off my race, as that damage makes understeer even worse, and so I struggled, really. Top it all of with a disconnection and you have yet another bad race.
What I need to know is what is wrong with my car? It's just not there when it needs to be there. People whom I used to be ahead of, are now all ahead of me. Right now i'm giving serious consideration into switching over to the White Ford, s that I could have a chance at messing with lucky and Veloci at the front, which is what I think I ought to be doing. But, their cars are better than mine, that black Ford's cornering grip is amazing, and that Zonda is also quicker through the corners, plus 50 more horses and better tyre wear.
I'll have to find a tune somewhere, to see if I can get the CLK up there, but unless I can, White Ford GT it is.
