Again, and sadly, the only testing I will be able to do is in the few hours, hopefully, before the race tomorrow.

Practiced earlier, did 1:25's and 1:26's consistently over 10 laps. Think I'm getting the hang of this track.

I was doing 1.24.7sec maybe I could get a low 24 maybe and during the race hopefully in the 23s

Does anyone know if wired connection is better then wireless connection need an answer ASAP?

there is no way that i would use anything other any a wired connection for gaming. you run to many risks with wireless, definitely use the ethernet cable!

1.24's aren't fast enough, 1.23.1 fastest lap with my Ford without the draft , but that white Ford and Zonda's can get into the 1.22's without draft.
and those pesky Zonda's can run a lot of laps before pitting for tires, many more than expected which makes them the favorite to win the championship. maybe they should drop a few hp 👍 It's not fair if they can get the same amount of laps as us and be faster everywhere.

Lucky are you basing this on the times being posted by drivers. Or have you tested each car yourself?

basing this off racing with and around other cars in series, Magz ran 15 laps last night in the Zonda, lapping times faster then the Ford for alot of them laps.
yes i have tested most cars in series and i still like my ford but it just don't have the straight line speed to stay with the Zonda's. if they get out in front, us Fords have no chance they are about 10mph faster down the straights and they are just as fast in the corners. now with the Zonda's running as many laps on tires we're screwed!👍

I think well be fine lucky. You should tweak your setup to improve tire wear. Im not sure your argument about the relative speeds of the cars is correct.....No one has done 22's without draft. And you where faster than me last night the entire night...ill crack it up to nerves lol.

im worried that ill get disconnected as i did for the past two days....And the people that designed the room didnt think to put the ethernet cable port in a spot is not behind a bed....So i can't go wired. And if my roomate starts playing MW3 on his XBox im screwed....We've discovered that PS3's and Xbox don't get along when competing for the same internet connection....

Hello guys! Drivers briefing race #2 Indy Road Course. Just like the first round the track will open at 7:30PM US EST(GMT-5).

-Free practice, track will open at 7:30PM EST(GTM-4) for free practice.

-Qualifying, at 8:00 PM everyone must be on the lobby and ready to start the legality verification process. Every driver will have at least 20 minutes to qualify. Any driver that leaves the track and goes to the settings menu may recieve a time penalty aded to the final results.

-Pace lap, the pole sitter will lead the field at 60mph arround the track. Please give each other plenty of space here.
Once the polesitter reaches the pit wall he will slow down to 35mph. Guys do not be afraid to come up side to side in your respective spots. Remember we start double file.
The pole sitter will be cleared to accelerate away when he reaches the timing pole just before the start/finish line. The pole siter has to cross the line in first place. Any overtaking before the leader crosses the line will be rewarded with a time penalty of 50 seconds.

-Again I expect everyone to give plenty of room to each other on the pace lap.

-Any on track incidents will be dealt with after the race and the text chat is not to be used during the race.

-I case your car sustains engine damage, or is severely damaged you are expected not to race for possition or try to deffend your possition.

-Off tracks, if you go off track please do not imediately rejoin the track. Use your map and make sure no cars are near and do so in a spot clear of traffic.

-Any on track incident needs to be reported to the race stewards within 24 hours of the race start.

-In any case resulting on penaties, infractions, warnings or probations it will be announced on the 2nd post under the "important announcements" section.

I got the CLK to do a 1:23.1 after only a few laps. Some tweaks to the suspension and a few more shots, and maybe, just maybe, a 1:22 is out there.

Time to redeem myself after a horrible race at Spa.

EDIT: Tested the McLaren, and also got it to do a 1:23.1. That car made me feel that 1:22's are very much possible. Half a tenth off the CLK though, but only on my first try.

Hey guys, I will also post this in the race room but I thought I'd post here too... I have a family gathering tonight so hopefully we can get this show on the road on schedule as I don't want to be late. While I am at dinner I was planning on capping the replay so I can start to upload it tonight when I get home, It would make my life easier if I know where and what to look for in terms of on track incidents by the time i get home tonight. This way I can begin transcoding and uploading the video to youtube tonight while I am asleep. This time around I plan on making it watchable in both flash and v8 (html5) so that you guys can watch it on your phone if you wish. Anyhoo... Looking forward to the race this evening as usual. thanks for your cooperation with the videos and timeliness as it makes my life a bit easier cause it is quite time consuming and, thus I would like to get it done in one shot. CHEERS!
