Theoretically the Z06 is better....So kudos to GTP_Erik for banging around in a ZR1. He was really fast( on the leading pace) in our test session the other night. So its no surprise that he won the division II race by a fair bit. Doubt its the car because the forums seem to think either the Z06 is better or that their both even.

if the ZR1 was a car choice i would be driving a corvette that thing is super fast i really wanted that car!!!👍

Overall had a decent race. Got stuck behind a slower car at one point. Really makes it rough to pass with 70 less HP and fear of damage. Then I get behind Tao after he pitted. I am not sure why. But he braked on a wide open section. This caught me off guard for I was looking to set up a pass on he next section. Sorry Tao, but what was you thinking man?

That alone took any shot I had at a podium. It is racing. So no hard feelings here.

He was at Round 1. And he posted earlier that he would not be able to Make Round 2 at Indy. Yeratel is accounted for. And I dont think the clk needs more power. I clocked you doing 197mph without draft..


Also once again. You guys look fantastic in the replay!
I found that switching to 16:9 aspect ratio improves capture quality. before i had been using 4:3. and i just picked up a multi av adapter for ps3 with s-video. The capture device which only cost me 30 bucks only gets 480p but with the new s-video connection the quality should be a bit better. Its noticably better from me watching it. It goes from being unable to see the 91 on the side of the viper to seeing it really well.

Sounds like a lot of stuff went down after I left (No it wasn't a rage quit, family stuff). Anyhoo, if someone wants to send the replay I'll Cap it. Do you think if the ZR1 was already in this season it would be one of the fastest cars and maybe matching the Zonda in some races?

Exit: I had some pretty good results with the car in last years GT2 catorgory coming close to winning a race at the last of the season I think.... Good times : tup

Hearing you talking about doing 1 stops all the time, with reasonably fast pace while doing so, leads me to believe that. I'm so busy fighting off understeer that this CLK just kills the front tyres.

Maybe give the RX-7 LM a go. Turbo was very quick in it last season and had amazing tire wear. Was looking at the last indy race and he got to 16 laps and tires just under half way.

I spent some time last night testing the ZR1 and the Z06 and the ZR1 is marginally better wich should make te car more competitive, so we will be switching to the ZR1 RM at the same specs.

I used the ZR1. Far more grippy; it keeps up with LMP cars at some circuits. Insanely fast and good tire management.
