Came 2nd using gtr tc in div 2. My first time using it. I had a win, but I pit early from damage around lap 30, I figured 1st would pit again but he didn't so even though i was making time up, i ran out of laps. I have the replay saved if someone wants it.
 
Hey, Jav, I think it would be a cool idea to post the results of Division 1 with the leader's overall time and the gap back to each other racer, along with Division 2. It would be a great way for all the D2 racers to see where they stand relative to D1, and to see how much improvement they need to make to get to D1.

Just a thought.

Jav, I believe its Maziora Plreadesll, Color-shift paint. I'm not 100% sure as I was in a hurry painting it before the race last night. I'll edit this later tonight if its the wrong color.
It does blend well with the parts of the car that can not be painted over.
 
Jake, some Div 2 guys are fast enough for Div 1, we just didn't 'qualify' with enough or high enough times during preseason TT's. Div 2's total time for Monaco was less than Div 1's. Less cars, or faster times?

Pace Lap speed could have been different as well.
 
Rich said that he hustled the pace lap at 70mph. We were crawling at 30mph.
I'm still disturbed by how I almost slept through the race..

I was looking at fast laps. Holy smoke man. 26.2 alone was your fast lap. Don't think anyone else was in the 26's during the race.

Edit:

Also looked at that lap four where I totally ruined my race as well a few others. I ended up stuck on that inside wall. Then had to wait for three cars that were spaced out just enough there was no way to unhook the car with out causing more chaos or slowing someone down unfairly. Ended that ordeal in 12th place.

during testing today i found that the test car is 12 mph slower down the straight.
12 MPH thats too much, even with the draft the CLK and Corvette both pull away.
so im looking forward to be lapped this week.

What speed were you hitting? probably close to my 186 im guessing. A closer measurement would be lap times though, lucky.

1.100 off the Corvette, both cars in my hands
.900 off the CLK with someone else driving.
and 12 MPH slower down straight it really don't matter how fast you are any where else this track is 1/3 straightaway.
i have always said how much dismay i have for this track but i always find a way to finish in a good position so it's a love hate kinda thing

I feel your pain man, im about .5 off the white GT, with nothing really to do. I usually do well here as well,so it may be a fun race in the back between us

im sure with our race craft we will find a way to get into the top five!!!

Yeah that lap was absolute perfection from me (99.9%) atleast. 1/2 a tank left and new tires and clear track. I killed it lol. that was my only 26 though.

What confused the hell out of me was that I qualified 5th with a 27.0 on an awesome lap. Everyone else was ahead of me was down in the 26's. Then come race time. I think it was probably my 3 stop strategy.

damn, cause otherwise, i think my 27.1 was fastest. thats a 2 pt swing in your favor.

26s are run when there's nothing to lose. I didnt want to hit a wall, so 27s were as fast as i could push it without too much risk.

On another note, turns out the reason I had no internet wasn't down to adverse weather conditions, turns out some retarded thieves cut what they thought was copper telephone wiring, ended up cutting the fibre optic telephone wires connecting most of the telephone exchanges in my area.
