Never mind the tire wear for a moment. What about the online bug, its a hugh problem! Doesnt affect people at the front for some reason!! I dont see how the races can go on like this.

I agree. I'm fine with the tire wear as it is. Maybe just eliminate the softs completely and have only meds and hards allowed to be run.

But none of that really matters until the online servers can accommodate the full 16 person room without inconsistent lag that we've been getting lately. That needs to be fixed first before any tire changes can be made.

Yeah i also mentioned that to jav last week, softs need to go! Driving like a granny to pits every 5 laps is just stupid and ruins the flow. Its just not racing!
 
You can go maybe 2-4 more laps on mediums, and you drive even slower. So what's the point? Don't get me started on Hards. Sport softs seem to have more grip than them.
 
I agree with banning the softs. Right now everyone is forced to run on softs in order to have a slight chance to stay in touch with the car in front, but driving like a granny and craping your pants every time you come out of a corner is just not racing, it's a joke and I don't enjoy it at all.
Right now turning wear and fuel consumption off is out the window, so our best choices so far are enforcing a pit stop within a window to change compound or ban the softs and run with either hards or mediums.

if we gonna put the turning wear and fuel consumption off, i think the best we can do is ban the soft and run with mediums with two pit stop mandatory, anyone try run with the racing hards in this cars, is just crazy and too slow, i don't liked at all!!!

Its funny how PD was talking about increasing the grid to 20 drivers, when we cant even successfully stream 12 participants now, lol!

personally and im sure most people would say it would be more interesting to enforce a pit stop within a window and then change to mediums racing tires or whatever.

We should just take a vote or put a poll up with a deadline. With 2 options

1. leave tire/fuel off and go with seths idea

2. leave tire/fuel on and ban softs
 
Well, you know I'm going to stick with my idea. The only reason is because the softs should last this long already, but they don't. I think the 2-stop/2-compound rule with a pit window and 10lap minimum each compound is good.
 
People have mentioned this before, but I wasn't sure if you saw it. The Super Bowl is on the 5th of February! Can we postpone the series another week? It's up to you guys as it's not fair to postpone the series on the account of just one guy.

The only way I would consider not watching the giants in the super bowl would be if its was the championship race and I had a good chance to win the chair....
Even then I would probably still watch the game

- The restart will be pushed back 1 more week due to the Super Bowl.
- Tire wear will be on and softs banned.
- Servers will be limited to 12 racers, Div1 will be split and 13 trough 16 will move to Div2.

Ok guys.

I was never truly after the prize. Would be nice to have and sell however. It also be a lot better for someone in need of a rig to win.

So with that bit info. I've considered this since the split was mentioned:

Im willing to drop down to Div 2. As well I may not be 100% committed. The 7:30 start time has been rough for me lately. My kids normal bed time is 8-8:30. Sunday's they was staying up till race was over. Breaking my attention often. Monday mornings they are tired. I need to have them in bed 8-8:30. If Div 2 would be willing to start qualifying at 8:30 instead of 8. That would be absolutely awesome.

If not. Totally can respect that and as always. I work with a democracy. If the group is ok we move time back a lil. Count me in as committed. If not, then I'll try to be there. however can't be 100%. Gotta do what's best for the kids.

Also really don't have any issues running the Softs. Was truly looking forward to strategies and driving style changes to preserve the tires. Never had my car on Mediums or Hards. I got this feeling those white fords will make us all look goofy.

Anyone in one that wants to argue? Trade me cars! If not then you know what I say is truth.
