Leave out the hyphens. They are not used when entering a room number to join.

Otherwise. Go to browser on ps3 clear cache and all other crap. Reset PS3 while there un plug router and or modem. Allow 1min here before plugging back in. Modem first allow it to sync up and then plug power back in router. Fire up PS3 and hope to god it works. If not the. You got deeper issues.

Lmfao it seems I'm not the only one who's done endurance races with rain

Are you kidding me? Every chance the game has to rain, it does. It rained the majority of the race at Suzuka and rained for 17 hours on end at Le Mans. I really get screwed with the weather. Even in the FGT series, it rained both the Monza and Suzuka races.

Can you provide any data for any error messages you may be encountering? An error code perhaps?

That was back at April 1st. He's been online after that so I do not think it is that. The error message is useless, as it is the most generic message regarding the PSN. All they suggest you do is disconnect and power down your PS3 and any routers/modems for about one minute, then turn them on one at a time starting with the modems first, then the routers, then the PS3.

I remember having trouble logging in a couple of weeks ago. My problem was a DNS related problem. I changed my DNS settings via the XMB, and it still works to this day. I am not sure if your problem is a DNS related problem, as the error message is too generic. Most of the time, the cause for it is unknown.
