Beautiful Adam. I'm a huge fan of the GS Corvette. Need to get one of those!

Good luck if you're planning for a convertible jef, they're really hard to find, ive only ever seen 2 on ebay, this one i snagged for a nice £20 inc. postage.
The coupé's however are quite commonplace, but from comparing the two the GS Coupe seems to be better build quality.

My collection so far:

I´m going for GT1 cars for the record :sly:
Well, the BMW M3 GTR isn´t actually GT1, but a nice car none the less!
None of the cars are anything special in terms of money, but I do have one on pending order that is pretty neat:

Other cars I´m currently waiting to drop in:

Not as of yet McLaren, but Kyosho have a habit of doing special Lambos

Not as far as I know, no Superleggera in 1:18.

Great pictures everyone. I especially like Venom800tt's collection. He has the Autoart Diablo SV and he's got a NSX and BMW 850 as well. I wonder if both of his are by Kyosho, I don't see a model of NSX and 850 often.

Also, here's what I just bought. A holy grail for me. The Ferrari 312T4 of Gilles Villeneuve, from Watkins Glen GP 1979 (yes this is the race at which he set a lap 11 seconds faster than his team-mate Jody Scheckter in the wet, ya'll know the story).

I've seen both in person when I was at Le Mans. Either model is worth about $30-$35 tops in terms of quality. Detail exterior quality of a Maisto R8 or Maisto BMW V12 LMR, but no engine detail whatsoever, so technically these are really crappy models. I'm not all against sealed models, but the AA sealed models do at least have insane level of exterior detail to compensate. Neither the Norev R10 (nor the Spark R10 which is about $120 or something) have the level of detail like AA sealed models, not even close.

So I recently got one of these.

The car is absolutely beautiful, but they made one small mistake: They made the deep-plate at the end of the car as one piece connected to the wing, when on the real car, there's actually a small gap between the deep plate and the wing itself since the wing support structure cannot be mounted on the side of the car, as per ACO rules. The two inboard wing support stands on the #7 cars are at the maximum width allowed by the rules already.

Just that one small thing, but damn, the rest of this car is accurate.

I wish my parents would let me pay that much for a model. He is my hero! (Hence avatar and name change) what scale, and what is the rough price you payed for it? (rude to ask for exact details)

It is 1:18, it's the Exoto model. The rough price, well it's the most expensive model I've ever gotten. Was around 300 bucks. I happened to get some extra money tho recently, and just went ahead and got this one. Now my wishlist consists of mostly future releases, with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 models that are already out.

nice. As holden just kindly advised, i should get a job, I have actually been thinking about this, and i may work at the local lighting systems place for a bit over the summer, earn a bit of dough.
