I posted these a while ago but made a minor addition to it to make it look nicer :). Will add more pics when I get more of the helmets soon 👍

And the one I posted ages ago (in the day  )

GT-R, is that DBR1 the "Caroll Shelby Collection" one? The Toys R Us by me has had that one for a while, and it's pretty nice, but I haven't been able to bring myself to spend the $50 on it.

Woah, I love that 911. A real one just like that is high on my dream car list, full-race bodywork but set up to be streetable and with no graphics.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The car is made by Shelby Collectibles. It actually cost me 55,95 € (6,00 € shipping charges). You would definitely not regret buying it since it's a really nice model, Maxim. 👍

It looked really nice when I saw it in the box. The only problem - I might regret it when my girlfriend found out what I spent on it!

So I was in Costco yesterday, rushing through the store just to pick up some food, and as I went past the Maisto display, there it was. The one car I've been looking for.

So the quality is pretty disappointing. Wing is wobbly, bits of stuff in the paint, cheap wheels, no brake calipers, the works. But it's a 997 RS! And a MkII even! And who can complain for $12.99?

Man, I just noticed Bburago guys had started making all those more detailed models; you're no idea how much am I itching to get one of those. If I only had space to keep them...

Wish we had a Costco here... :indiff: Only place with 1:18s is BJ's and Sam's Club. Both of which I don't have a membership to. Other than that, limited to 1:24 and 1:43 scale models from Rite Aid. Unless I score some decent models at the flea market.

So I got my new cars today, my Bentley Speed 8 and my Ford Escort MkII. I originally thought that they were Ixo, don't know why. I think it was the price that had me make my assumption. But neither of them appear to be Ixo. The Escort is an officially licensed product from Ford, so that's a plus considering it cost me $22 (about $17 US).

But the Bentley, doesn't have any manufacture names on it, and the base looks different than the Ixo, Minichamps, and Spark bases.

The Minichamps bases "1 of XXXX pieces" down the other end, this one just says "24 Hueres of du Mans." And it has an apex graphic running around under the right wheels of the model. If anyone actually knows who makes it, could you please let me know?

Is that GT3 RS a 1:18? If so I have that same model except different color which cost me $30.

Yeah, it's the 1:18 Bburago. (But came in a Maisto box.) Is yours the grey one? I actually would've preferred that, but with how hard it can be to find any specific car in these Costco batches I wasn't gonna wait for it.

Yea, it's grey with red wheels. I got it off of EBay.

Man, almost 3x the price including shipping.

Grey one would be nice though, same as my boss's car.

I think it was $30 WITH the shipping. I can't remember though. But it looks really good in grey/red, definitely my favorite color combo on it.
