Bottom one is indeed a Dauer 962LM road car. The Dauer is actually quite a bit different from the Porsche it is based off of. Might make some comparison pics in the morning.

Stopped by Rite Aid and thought I'd have a look around. Turns out their having a sale of buy one get one 50% off! So if any of you guys go for the cheaper 1/24 - 1/43 scale cars, you should definitely go get some models.

It should be although I think he said that price because some of the features of it were abit extreme but agreed to pay it so hopefully it will be as good as I imagine it to be.

Going by the detail level, I would assume both are Kyoshos. Kyosho makes some rather nice looking 1/64 models. AUTOart also made some nice 1/64's, though I dunno if they still make them.

The Lotus is indeed a Kyosho, but the Porsche is a High Speed.
High Speed makes awesome detailed cars, for a fraction of a AA or Kyosho 1/43 price.
