Long time since I've been in here!

Congrats on the TS020 Carlos, it looks so beautiful! What did you pay for it?

I'm waiting for Spark to release the 1:18 TS030 in July, not sure about pre-ordering since Spark is not listing this model on their own website yet. Waiting until my trusted dealer CK Models releases it.

I found a very nice TS020, but it posts to the UK only :(

Here it is for anyone in the UK: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-18-Auto...hicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&hash=item1e7b99af05

Well s**t

I went to the Montreal f1 race this past weekend. And kept seeing these commercials for rush. (Witch looks epic) and I.... went on an ebay spree :(

-Exoto renault 1980 F1
-Exoto Fittapaldi's Lotus 1972 F1
-Exoto box set of Nikki Lauda and gilles Vellaneuve ferrari f1
-Minichamps James Hunts Maclaren M28 -Exoto 1974 Tyrrell 002
-Exoto Jodi Schecters 1979 Ferrari F1

And that my freinds is what happens when I see something I like... after selling part of my collection on ebay.

Grand total
-$2200 :( Owwwch

But the look of the seven on my desk will be worth it.

Will post pictures as they arrive.

Also: Sauber C9 came in this weekend. But I don't have a place to put it in my lemans cabinets.

Considering selling off my Bugattis. Yes?

Does anyone else think it would be an awesome idea to do an 'Around the world' event, like the members have done over in this forum?:

http://www.diecastxchange.com/forum1/topic/57869-dx-2011-2012-around-the-world-photo-gallery/

Just like they did, we basically buy durable a 1/18 scale car, and each member who would like to participate can receive the car, sign it, take pictures of it in various locations, then send it off to the next GTP member.

Maybe its final stop could be the Jordan, in Kentucky. :)

Just a thought. I think it will be great! 👍

Thanks! I don't know, it was gifted to me.. :D

I did pre-order that TS030 but they send me an e-mail when it's there and then I'll pay them. I'm waiting on an e-mail for the R18 that they would have this month..

Good stuff, you're on a roll!

Excuse the double post, but some of you might want to check out "myfinishline" on Ebay, www.myfinishline.fr Follow the link, then click on MY BOOK to view his previous works.

The guy customizes models to turn them into night vision / finish line versions. He currently has a customized Porsche 997 GT3 RSR and a Norev Aston Martin-Lola on Ebay. Definitely worth checking out for some of you.

Interested in the Norev myself, the customizations he performs look so good!

I... bought this...
100_6067s.jpg

Was $40 from a hobby shop. Made by Highway 61 and it is VERY detailed. Fully wired and plumbed (even headlights and brakes), moving parts galore, working drive shafts and half shafts with CV joints, and the rear wheels make the radiator fan spin. Will get some more pics sometime...

Impressive tank. Must have taken forever to construct.

My 1:43 scale collection of track day 911s...

...is currently being up-scaled to 1:18. I've just gotten this 964 Carrera RS (AutoArt) and 996 GT3 Mk1 (AutoArt). On order is a 996 GT3 MkII (AutoArt) and 993 Carrera RS (UT Models)

And for fun :) I do have a small collection of 1:43 rally cars including this Subaru, just no pictures handy at the moment.

Sorry ill post picturea in a moment but I'm on mobile right now.

Exoto 1980 Renault F1 #16 arrived this morning.

Looks excellent, new and stole it off ebay for $98.00

What's GTP's opinion on this one?

http://www.myfinishline.fr/my-book/le-mans/audi/

120 euros. 89 for the model, 28 to ship. I'd really want it for my Le Mans collection, that would fit in perfect. But I don't know if I'd try and negotiate the price, or whether it's just too much in comparison to the modifications made.

The model is a Spark made model. So quality is always guaranteed.

Is this the exact model? It's weathered, and do those lights really work?

How far are you with your collection? :D

My 3 R18s would disagree.....

So sad :indiff:

SPhilli911, nice Porsche collection :D Really liking the 964! Strange but lovely color on it.
