Judging by your passion, it seems you aren't ready to stop just yet. And that's good, because you have many great cars, that you showcase to us. These two "family pictures" are a good example, love the bottom one (I'm a Skyline man, what can I say)? Especially the cherry red R32, who made that?

Hehe, thanks :)
The dark red R32 is a Kyosho model, which IIRC was a limited run of 3000 or so units. Don't quote me on that number though lol. I got it around 8 years ago not long after it came out.
Anyway here is one last group shot, this time of a Concours d'Elegance style group shot of 1/43's:

I got myself a Herpa 1:200 scale F4 Phantom yesterday, and it has some killer detailing:

IMG_2612 copy.jpg
It also has a secondary cockpit config:

Herpa has a whole range of fighter aircraft in 1:200 scale, so if you're interested in that sorta stuff, go check them out!

Woah nice, I do have some fighter jets in my collection but mostly are Micro machines military and despite the size (and the quality, they are still toys) those are pretty detailed and look cool.
The scale is approx 1:250 for fighters/attackers, more for bombers.
If I have the time today I'll do some pics of my whole collection.

Picked up Top Gear's "The worst car in the history of the world." I don't know why, but I do like the SC430...

Picked it up at Rite Aid. Also found a current generation 1/24 Jaguar XJ by Welly. It looked great apart from the fact that it was missing a mirror!! UGH!

Also stopped by Toys R Us and barely noticed them. Didn't pick them up, but I'm interested. (Probably due to the fact I work at a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership)

Well, if anything, you now own a piece of automotive history. A terrible piece, but not all can be winners right?

Also, not really the world's biggest Wrangler fan, but those two look alright. Am I bad for wishing that someone would do a scale model of a Renegade? I just think one would look cool if done right...

Might not also help the fact that I've owned two Lexus's in real life. So now I feel like a fanboy. Which...I suppose I could be considered that.

I don't mind the Wrangler, especially the Rubicon with the rock crawler bumper or whatever it's called. I love the look of it.

I do look forward to the Renegade actually. Small, colorful, and quirky, I really do like them. I hope someone like Greenlight makes a model of one. Also would be nice if they made one of the current SRT Grand Cherokee.

Nah, I'm sure someone out there is an even bigger Lexus nut than you, there's always one out there...

Yeah, that Rubicon looks pretty badass. I always found the Wrangler to be America's own Land Rover Defender, which I do find pretty cool. Not a bad 4x4, goes offroad like a champ would.

But foremost, I really want to see a scale Renegade. Despite its Fiat origins, I think it's a cool car. Hopefully someone at Greenlight will pay attention to our requests and do both of those cars.

Got a couple models to share.

First a Built Tamiya 1:24 nismo Z tune R34(may repaint millennium jade)

1:24 scale M2 Dodge Challenger

1:43 minichamps BMW E1, from the 90's

1:43 NISSAN SILVIA S15 Spec-R from Ebbro

1:43 Kyosho Skyline GTR R32.

Obligitory 1:43 collection photo.

also ordered two cases for my 1:18 models, and ordered a UT Mclaren.

also, the boxes are full of models.. mainly maisto 1:43.

EDIT! My Mclaren F1 came...it is goregous, pics to come.

Final shots of the 641/2 and the 312 T4.
I've noticed some little bubbles on the paint, expecially on the 641/2 and looks like it's TOTALLY common for models like these.
I guess my Exoto adventure ends up here.
Disappointed how a 1K $ model has this stupid issue, now that's more clear how the price dropped so fast.
Still extremely detailed and superb quality model anyway.
Tons of brands got this problem:
Checked on HPi Mazda 787B 1:43, Hot Wheels 250 GTO 1:18, Universal Hobbies Porsche 917K 1:18 etc....
My 512 1:18 from HW Elite does not have this issue (brand new model), still, the paintjob is full of scatches and imperfections and it has some bubbles on the decals.
SURPRISINGLY, Bburago, despite being a low cost brand does not have this problem...

Good timing. This SC430 needs a new home:

Toyota%2BForum%2BEng%2BSC430%2BTest%2BCar%2B2007.jpg

Interested? 1:64 Kyosho Beads. Still has the base, case in all in the right places (the box).

Got my UT F1 in.

Before the clean up and mini wax.

after clean up and wax.

Interior before, and before the clean up job.

After the clean up, and detailing. love the pedals. Door hinges, are EXTREMELY fragile.

Added Gold to the engine cover, it was bare before, Just aluminum foil, cut into peices, laid in and painted in gold paint. i guess as it's metal.. it's very similar to the real car lol. i think i did ok.

I have to say, it's a gorgeous piece, the Quality fit and finish, stance, paint overall model rivals my Autoarts, which is understandable, since it's a UT, it just needed the extra premium touches.

Nice work :)
Only thing I can suggest is to paint the exhaust centers black, to give the impression of more depth. And yes, the door hinges are VERY fragile. I have an old UT F1 somewhere, and a couple of the hinges broke eventually. Model got pretty trashed when I moved, though I have considered repairing it and modding it some, as I wouldn't dare mod my AA F1 lol.
And brown Santa (UPS) should be delivering another 1/18 Spark LM car to my door today...

Guys, you're all not doing good to me. :lol:Seeing all that amazing stuff makes it really hard not to get into it.
Anyways, I didn't buy the HW Ferrari and instead opted for something else:
IMAG3208_1.jpg
And I have another package comming from the Netherlands ( no, it's not what you think it is :sly:).

I gotta get that 962:drool:
Check on Ebay, I saw a few there recently for sale. Model is made by Spark.

Anyway my current in-transit model got delayed for unknown reasons (damn you UPS), so I assume it will arrive on Monday. I also ordered 2 more 1/18's, and got 3 more on pre-order. Not gonna say exactly what I have coming (gonna keep it a suprise), but I can say the brands: 2 Sparks, 1 AUTOart, 1 Hot Wheels Elite, and 2 Ignition Models :sly:

1:8 POCHER - Volvo Engine 6 Cyl 16 liter 465 hp.

A very old Pocher kit I obtained recently from eBay for just Euro 20.
I opted to paint it yellow - as this is a showroom model. Operational engines are usually painted all green including the bolts and 'wiring'
There are some hoses in the box but the fuel and oil lines and electric wiring you see including the base are scratch built.
Hose clamps were added too.

Base plate measures 16 by 37cm.

Pocher did make the truck too but I've not found one on eBay yet.

The decals (1 turbo and 4 filters) came from Paul Koo.
