Looking forward to more 1/43 GL releases.

Makes me so mad that the UK doesn't get stuff like this :banghead:

This 993 Turbo S is pretty tempting from GT Spirit, if only just to replace my UT 993 Turbo S. The UT is nice, but not my favorite model. Quality doesn't seem all that great and the shade of yellow is unusual. I quite like this color combo too...

Edit: Booked it! Yellow UT Turbo S for sale.

^ Made by LookSmart. Was kinda expensive ($220 USD), but that is cheaper than the typical ebay price of a kinda crappy Hot Wheels Elite 288 GTO. A bit better than a GTS in most ways, but in some ways also inferior. It really sucks that there ain't a whole lot of options for a 288 GTO. You got the old Bburago, the Bburago derived Hot Wheels, this LookSmart, and the nearly twice as expensive BBR. Anyway now all I need is an Enzo, and then I will have the Super Ferrari lineup complete.

You finally got the GTO Venom! Congrats!!

Yea the model is kinda sucks for the money. But I know I won't pay $350 for the BBR version despite knowing the fact that it IS the better model.

Oh, I hate HWE with a passion. So I definitely feel better now with my Looksmart.

IIRC the HWE 288 GTO is essentially a tarted up Bburago, hence why it looks sorta funky. The non Bburago/Maisto based HWE models look better, though still not the best till their last couple years of Ferrari models. I have a HWE 348, 355, 458, 599 GTO, and LaF and they are all pretty nice, comparable with normal AUTOarts. Though, I kinda feel HWE could do interiors a bit better than AA in their later years. Only issue I have with my HWE models is the half open windows on all but the LaF.

I really wish this Ferrari license thing wasn't so exclusive in 1/18 -___-

The only HWEs I could stand are the ones without any doglegs. Racecars like 599XX and 458 GT2 fall into that category, but I didn't get the GT2 anyway because of the awful looking wheels. Wheels size was one thing that HWE always did wrong.

Enough of the HWE rants, yea I agree that Ferrari is a total anal when it comes to 1:18 license.

Yes. Not sure if I will bother with it though. Probably will cost more than I paid for this GTS anyway lol

Has opening doors....

And opening doors onry! awesomeface.jpg

Yeah, it's actually a bit of a letdown that AA didn't go all the way.

You want to hear about another let down? This:
