Here's my progress. Is it okay? Note that it is the 2003 model version. I don't see any differences between the 2003 and 2004 models...

There is a very slight difference between the '03 and the '04. Notice the Orange tube sticking out from the left side, that's absent in the '04.

C'mon harsk slap on some sponsors! I can tell you how to remove the white background from the sponsor logo if you don't know how to.

Seeing as @rcb929 had wished for his secondary to be run in rounds 2 and 3, I'll put it as his scheme for the two next races it's not already requested for.

Coming up this weekend is the British Grand Prix (because that's what we call it). Being the first longer race since Sebring (and we all know what happened there), I thought now'd be a good time to update everyone on the specs (and I really hope we can soon get this over with):

The BMW has a max. of 415 hp at a very small peak near the top of the revs. In turn, it is the only of the cars to produce more than 300 Ft-Lb as it manages to sneak above that at around 6000 RPM.

The Ferrari is set to produce 430 hp at max. and is generally slightly more powerful than the BMW in the higher RPM. However, it can't for the life of it produce more than 290 Ft-Lb.

The Porsche also has 430 hp to do with, but has slightly better torque (5 Ft-Lb) than the Ferrari.

Both the BMW and Ferrari weigh in at 1100 kg when dry, with the Porsche being 75kg lighter.

All three manufacturers in the top 6 - we're getting somewhere!

And my AI is semi-decent (for the time being, that is. I may have sort of already ran the race and know what happens)

Well, good to hear that all three manufacturers are doing decently well between each other, as well as the A.I. being a bit decent.

Too bad I can't capitalize on that newfound Ferrari strength. Costa, wat ur doin'? Costa, please stahp, I want some sucessful qualifying sessions at least... :irked:

Because I am a friggin' pillock, I screwed up big-time when I uploaded a window template for the 360 in which transparency wasn't working. Only just now did I realise that. Just so that I won't have to upload the entire packages of templates again, I've made a new .zip file with corrected Ferrari windows, containing both .psd and .pdn ones. You know where to find it.

Now excuse me while I bang my face against the wall.

What I saw of that post:

*Looks at Thread Title*

Yep, @rallymorten is
inhaling some "stones" himself

Anyway:

Have some music while you wait, and yes, I've put that in GTR2's music folder and it actually fits right in there:

tfw you want to install that game again but technology refuses to let you. liek if u cri evrytiem

Now ain't that the dumbest spoiler title I've ever come up with, eh?

I did put more effort into it than my driver did in this race, to be duly honest. The Dank Tank is going all "420 SWAG Podium finish brah", while all I get is a Dane going up my rear (of my car, get your damm dirty minds out of the gutter). Where's David Attenborough when you need him?

"And now we see two Ferrari 360 cars mating, outside of their natural environment. An unusual mating spot, but it seems that one of the 360s has had quite the fruitless mating season, therefore causing him to lose his calm sexual composure...

That A.I. is more inconsistent than a GT6 online lobby connection, good grief. They are either racing gods or racing dogs... And it seems that my driver can't get out of the second. :grumpy:

Dammit, Dammit, Dammit.

That is all

At first I failed to realise my mic didn't work like I wanted it to (same problem as last time) and by the time my brain started working, I had gotten tired of making.. uh, those kinds of innuendos

In other news, while yes, there will still be much spec work going on for the rest of the season (mostly damage limitation by now), I'm slowly starting to shift my attention towards a potential season three. If there is interest in one such thing, it might be the biggest, most varied B-Spec series (safe perhaps for the 24 Hours of Le Mans) this far.

Might as well call me the true morten sucessor, right? After all, looks like I'm getting good at creating those innuendos just like you...

Also, interesting to hear that you are already thinking of next season despite being so early in this one. You're looking at bigger goals, bigger races, bigger everything from what you say...

I'd like to introduce you to nascarfan1400, who holds the record for procrastination and preemptive thinking. I believe that mark stands at race 4 of 30 for season 1 of the GTPFS.

I guess the BMW domination hasn't ended yet.

Yes, finally a victory, I thought that I was going to have a run of bad luck after finishing 22nd after 3 top 10s. Hopefully the 22nd at Monza doesn't end up hurting me in the championship at the end of the season.

Here is my car for the LGT series.

Knowing what we both know, things don't come more true than that.

As a matter of fact, I think he may be in the process of breaking that record.

To be frankly honest, I don't really want to delve too much into that sort of thing, because the last thing I want to think about is negative issues about just about anything. All I want at this point is to have fun, not nitpick all over the place. With all due respect, BK, I'm growing tired of all the negative stuff in other threads, so I don't want to continue that trend here. All I was stating is that it's surprising to hear morten think about next season so soon, that's all.

That wasn't meant to be negative, jut another ribbing to nas who has admitted he *may* have jumped the gun before. I get what you're saying, and apologize. Sorry.

1: If you know me, you'd be amazed at how long it took me to get to this :D

2: I'm only at the stage where I've started wondering what I could do to make things even better. Yes, there are a few specific ideas, but I'd rather not hype up anyone (including myself) prematurely.

Nope :P

Banter.

The first time I don't remember me jumping the gun in some way has been these B-Spec series, so I guess I'd be better off not commenting too much on that
