Well you save the replay, fetch it from the game save folder then you give it to someone who wants it. Then that person needs to transfer it to their ps3.

The only problem here is NTSC discs can't play replays from a PAL (EU) version of the game, or any other region for that matter - Region Lock. I urge everyone to have sessions with atleast 1 NTSC player so i can grab compatible files - thus giving me the ability to post videos for some onboard footage - ala real WRC

Can't gift them. You have to do it via external hard drive.
