Hey guys, what do y'all think of a ballast cap (ie:maximum ballast that can be put on)? Perhaps of 100kg or so?
Because I saw today for Immortal with 170kg it seemed way too much and it didn't look fun over there.

Guys we must work with the ballast system.
Its really to much.
Try a Gt500 car with 1300 kg.
Its not possible to drive.
And with my 5 place i lose only 10 kg.
1290 kg is no diffrent.

I like this
1st - 60kg
2nd - 30kg
3rd - 10kg
*Ballast Penalties are reseted after each race.

When you win 2 races you have always max 60 kg not more.
When you are next race p2 you have 30 kg next race.
When you are next race p3 you have 10 kg.
When you are next race p4 no weight for next race.
Thats much better.

I think the additional uncapped ballast is fine, but if you don't finish inside the top 3 the next race, your previous added ballast should be removed completely.

So if you finished 1st, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 4th, you should get 60kg, 60kg, 10kg, -10kg, -60kg.
Just my thoughts though.

I gave you a car width and drove in the sand all the way inside, but you turned right in on me like I wasn't there. You have no one to blame but yourself for losing the position.

The Arta behind you and other 300 drivers know when a 500 car was up there, why couldn't you?

On my replay that was what it was. I can post up a video if you like.

I have to apologise to Killa and Alefin though for a bump and blocking on pit exit respectively.

I will put up a video, I did everything I could to avoid contact. On my replay it shows you turning in when I left enough room, not sure how it was there.

IMO, that's just a racing incident. Phil left plenty of room, but I understand why Rode turned in, that's a really hard turn to drive two-wide through, and if you take the high line there you'll be off the banking and go off anyways.

Honestly don't expect any changes to the weight system. Given that you had max weight Pablo and still finished 5th shows that the system isn't too powerful. You even won with 80 kg and finished 3rd with 120 so it's not impossible. History has shown that the system gives more drivers chances to win but the best driver still always wins the championship so it works just fine.

when you keep winning, you're gonna keep getting weight added. the point is for other people to be competitive and it looks like it finally worked.

I think there should be a bigger reward system where you get like 100 kgs when you win and when you lose it gets taken off. Adding and subtracting and keeping track of all these small amounts is too complicated it seems

Phil cut the corner and I sent 3 different photos to panoz. Pretty bad when I had a driver behind me witness it. I was holding my line in front of Sinladar when Phil cut the corner. Phil actually made me loose 2 positions. Bad call by phil trying to overtake 2 of us in that corner.
I should have had 4th not 6th at the finish of the race as I was holding off Sinladar pretty good until the incident.

Did you even look at my replay!? I drove on the sand abit yes, but I did not cut it entirely or shove you off. And I was well up you inside to boot. You have mirrors.

And FYI I passed the ARTA behind you on the straight. I held my line too so it's a pretty bad call on your part claiming I 'shoved' you off.

I'm not going to argue any further on this, it's clear this is never gonna end so sod it. What I'm more concerned about is dealing with Ballast at Monaco.

Yes I did look at the video. It doesn't show anything but u driving through the corner. That video didn't show the incident for nothing.

If I didn't have someone right behind me that saw it, I wouldn't have much to go on, but Sinladar saw the incident.

Monaco gonna be tough with 60kg ballast. That being said I would hate to be dragon, shagg or panoz though. You guys gonna need extra shock absorbers.

Darn Alefin you're a soldier. I just hope I'm not last because I'm already bad at Monaco (only raced there once too) with ballast I'll be even worse!
