Which makes it a bit funny to be honest. Emula is just getting back all the problems he's started with plenty of others in all kinds of other threads. We're just seeing the shoe on the other foot now.

It's also completely ironic that the person that would always go to such extreme lengths to put down every game besides GTS, says this

I’m not fully convinced that this is a “member war”.
Also, wanting a mod to “stop him” is pretty much wanting to censor him, because as far as I can see, @ImaRobot didn’t do anything that breaks the AuP. And still you want him to be stopped by a mod. It reminds me of those Twitter snowflakes that cry for Jack’s help (who is the CEO of Twitter) because someone has a different opinion. Don’t be like those snowflakes.

No one is criticizing emulas efforts . Again the entire debate revolves around the " from scratch " argument .Emula refuses to acknowledge cars have flaws at all , or when proven wrong States it's an " oversight " by PD. Then goes on to say that **** like the Hundai Genesis / Citroen race car / Ferrari BB are better than other games. Has he ever played forza

It's real incredible that you notice every single defect on GTS cars but you don't notice the huge amount of defects on the cars of the other games
Every single post he has written here (and wherever I write a post) isn't about the game but is against me, this is member war
However I'm really tired of all this hate against me and against GTS, I will continue the comparative only for myself and won't post more photos here

Can we just stop this debate/discussion/war/whatever and focus on the differences? As far as I'm concerned the photos are not biased and gives a fair comparison. There wouldn't be that picture of those rectangular Viper lights if how the image taken was biased towards GTS.
We dont hate gts, we love it. But as i remember devs never told us there will be again less detaled and more detailed cars. So if someone compare best models thats doesnt say much about game because it has those ugly models somehow too.
I wish devs would tell us that, as they explained with gt6. They should tell us that wrx and viper will be ugly models and explain why.

I can't remember whether GTP does, (apologies) but most forums frown upon thread derailment - which this counts as. If it does then asking for him to be stopped is justified...

Right now I'm minded to lock the toxic mess that this thread has turned into, and that's the fault of both sides.
The degree of disrespect for fellow members is appalling and it will end now.
All of you need to go and re-read the AUP and ensure you follow it to the letter, as a good number of you are now on the staff radar, and not in a good way.
So a few clarifications:
- Play the ball not the man
- Use the report button, don't 'mini-mod' or attempt to tell the staff what to do in thread
- The only person who 'owns' this thread is the site owner
This thread gets one more chance to get back on track and for every member to follow the AUP, fail to do so and it will be locked and further warnings will be issued.
This is not up for debate or discussion.

It's not rocket surgery, it's the same in every thread that devolves this way. Instead of discussing the topic at hand, that is a comparison of the two games, it devolves into people defending their game of choice by ignoring obvious and well documented issues further declines into thinly veiled or sometimes blatant personal attacks. Stick to the topic, don't ignore facts, don't make it personal, keep an open mind. Works in every thread.

Completely agree. I believe what most of us expected here is to look up and analyzing differences between games then having some healthy discussion together. The reality however... some people need to be more transparent and tolerate others facts and opinion.

I would still like to see what these comparisons look like when they become available, as do a lot of other people in here do as well I'm sure. We get it, its not perfect, but its not worth causing fights and heated debates in threads like this. All I care about is if they look better than they did in GT6, which for me personally, they have.
Its silly to go on in tangents about the small details, because most players are likely never going to notice this without extreme close ups, and especially so when racing them. I don't personally think some people realize just how hard it is for people to make car models in games, so the fact that some cars have the absolute amount of detail that they do should be applauded, rather than the small stuff that certain vehicles are lacking on.

Those who just come here to see these shots and aren't concerned about stuff like "adaptive tessellation" or how "round" headlights are would love to see the improvements to cars when they become available, and to cars we have yet to see comparison shots of.
