Yes, it was the Levin/Trueno AE111.
I believe that it's the only car in GTPSP that has VTT-i, all of the other ones have a more advanced version.

Heck, I'll make up one.

This car won the championship before it was dominated by a certain french driver

Easy if you get the french driver right

lldantell
Peugeot 905

Nope, but the French driver was involved in testing the successor 908. That's gotta let a few out. Get the French and the championship right and it's piece of cake :)

No. Like I said, the french driver had something to do with Pescarolo and Peugeot 908. Now, think of the french drivers that have been driving Pescarolo and testing the 908. Then you should research them and find out which of these have dominated a specific championship. Then the car I'm looking for will be laughing in your face :)

:banghead: I've got nothing. I want to say Subaru Impreza because of Loeb, but that's all I can think of.

I take that as a correct answer :)

Clue 1:
This car won the championship before it was dominated by a certain french driver

We're talking about the WRC here. Loeb has dominated the WRC since 2004. The last car to win before that was the 2003 Impreza Rally Car

Clue 2:
Nope but Pescarolo is related to the French driver

Maybe I should've put it different but Loeb was driving 24 hours of Le Mans for Pescarolo some years ago.

Clue 3:
The French driver was involved in testing the successor 908.

Fact. Citroën was allowing Peugeot to borrow Loeb for tests, but not for races.

Clue 4:
Think of the french drivers that have been driving Pescarolo and testing the 908. Then you should research them and find out which of these have dominated a specific championship.

Self explanatory :)

Your go BK!

 You mean I actually KNEW the answer? Holy carp. I wasn't certain, as Loeb is a Citroen driver, but the WRC was the only series I could think of that had a championship dominant Frenchman. Not to mention the quick searches I did mentioned nothing of Loeb testing the 908, but it did Pescarolo.

ANYWAY, lets get back to it!

OK, here's a multi-option one. I'll be doing some quick research to see if I'm talking out my rear, but this is a ONE model answer(sorry Evo fans) so I may get specific.

"Sure, there may be some slight differences, but by the numbers nothing massive changed between my in-game year models."

Amazingly no. As a Roadster/MX-5/Miata is essentially the same car for different regions, there actually aren't enough identical ones. THEY are Japanese, though.

Quick Clue: Same model AND trim level, just different years.

Because of you saying "sorry Evo fans" I feel like saying Evo :sly:

Or maybe Honda Civic SiR-II (EG) (I hope that's enough as there's 4 of them :scared: )

rallymorten has this one. The Honda Civic SiR-II, a JDM only model in reality, shows up as a '91, '92, '93, and '95, and have the same 170 HP and 1040 kgs, the only thing changing being the growing price tag. However, the EG cars were of the fifth generation, '92-'95, so the '91 gets left out. Also eligible were the Honda Intega ('95-'99), the base NSX ('90-'99), the S2000, and the Mitsubishi FTO.

Morten, you're up.

Hmm.. I think I have one.. I don't know how hard you'll classify this:

"Not only did this car beat the cr*p out of anything on the east coast, it also has a reputation of diving under burning truck wrecks"
