Ehhh, close enough for jazz, anyway. It's actually a Rockwell Shrike, which was an outgrowth of the Rockwell Aero Commander. The Shrike is an 8-passenger business twin built in the late '60s and into the '70s.
This particular one is owned and flown in aerobatic demonstrations by Bob Hoover, one of the best pilots to ever hold a stick. It's a big airplane, but he makes it dance. I've seen in-cockpit video of him pouring a glass of water, setting it on the dashboard, and then doing a loop and a barrel roll without spilling the water... I've also seen him, live, come in high over the flight line, kill and feather both engines, then do a Split-S, a loop, a hammerhead, a slow roll, turn around onto final, land, and coast up to the announcer's stand without restarting the engines. The guy is amazing.
Your go, 911!
