As long as it doesn't work like in RSV where smoke + stupid AI = dead AI.
Another really good Halo 3 video. This one is about how you can save video and replay it from anything including campaign and multiplayer. Just look at those graphics and attention to detail. Way better than I ever expected. http://www.gamersyde.com/stream_4307_en.html
Picked up, dropped, picked up, and dropped again.I would soooooooo love to see a live action Halo movie.

I did hear the other day that Halo 3 went "Gold" just before the week was over, so its a pretty good sign to how close we are to hit hitting the streets. Even better news is that while we're all getting our Halo 3 goodness going, I hear Crysis will have its PC Demo available on that day as well.
...I might have to take a day off of work and school...
And two weeks ago, I would have agreed. Now, however, I can't understand why people are going nuts over it.BTW: This game is going to rock so hard... I can't wait!
Yeah, but they'd probably get sued for saying that. It's Red Bull that Gives You Wings, after all.I heard the Mountain Dew ad on the radio today... Instead of doing an actual ad for it they should just say "Jump off a bridge, because we told you so oh and you will fly". That's about as accurate as their ad claims.
This is why people are going nuts over Halo3. It has 4 player co-op campaign online, map editor online that friends can edit at the same time( The Forge), save videos from every game online, 16 players online with air and land vehicles, mobile bases, still the best matchmaking multiplayer, and much much more. And two weeks ago, I would have agreed. Admittedly cool sounding pieces (especially 4 player co-op.)It has 4 player co-op campaign online, map editor online that friends can edit at the same time
I could have sworn the first Halo had that. And besides, Battlefield 1942 had that as well (with 64 players, no less), as well as mobile bases.16 players online with air and land vehicles,
Which is why I said it was cool.4 player co-op ONLINE over xboxlive. No other Halo had this.
The PC port (which is the one I own) was. And regardless of that (or the fact that there was a way into tricking the XBox version into having online play), Halo 2 also had 16 players and vehicles. Also Halo 1 was not online at all.
ARS TechnicaThe Internet sees everything. It used to be you were safe to strike out at your enemies via Wikipedia edits, but with the advent of WikiScanner, those days are over. Which is why we're discussing a small edit made to the Wikipedia page of Halo 3. The contributor claims that Halo 3's graphics won't look much better than Halo 2, citing a Time story from March. Page 52, if you'd like to look it up.
Okay, so we take a look at what other edits this contributor has made... we get God of War 2 information, a few things about Liverpool, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Hideo Kojima, Chewbacca—nothing out of the ordinary for a gaming geek or general science fiction fan. A million people just like this make a million edits daily, so why are we discussing this?
For some crazy reason MaxConsole ran the IP itself and isolated the IP range to a particular place: SCEE's Liverpool offices. Someone at Sony isn't too happy with the state of Halo 3's graphics, and they want to talk about it. I don't think I'm going to get all up in arms; as edits go, this was slight and had a credible source, but if I were working for any of the big three I'd be telling my employees to stay away from Wikipedia. It just doesn't look good when stuff like this comes out.
The Internet, of course, doesn't miss a trick.
