Halo 4 *The best Halo IMO*

I sure hope all the humor and english speaking enemies are in H4 like in H3. Thats what made the H3 co-op campaign so much fun. Every time I play the H3 campaign I hear something funny that I havent heard before. Thats what made the Reach campaign so boring and lifeless. No english speaking enemies and no humor.

Kind of like watching the Conan H4 skit. Man did that just suck.

The more I hear about H4, the less I find myself interested in it. Seems like they are cutting out the things I liked about Halo in the first place.

As it stands right now, I might pass on it.

I've gotta say, after hearing that, I havn't got high hopes for the soundtrack. That's not Halo music. That sounds like something that should be on a 9/11 tribute movie. It just dosn't fit. Now I'm not a big Halo fan/player (most I've ever played is part of the Halo 1 campaign until I had a pile of dirty underpants as high as the ceiling), and some of Halo 2, but one of my mates is big on it. Even he agrees it's not reeeeeally Halo in a way.

One good thing though, it looks like they've done a complete texture remap, which is bloody awesome. The armor looks :censored:ing amazing...

I am not too excited about this game myself. Between not having a beta, removing Firefight, and leaning more toward COD playstyle, its just not looking good at all IMO.

Conan O'Brian and Andy Richter will be doing voices for some random characters towards the end of the campaign of Halo 4:

I was so disappointed when I watched that. I was hoping for some new info on the game . . . and all I received was his stupidity.

1 more thing to make me not want to get the game.

Some more pics from H4. What the heck? The grunt looks like a turtle with teet (I included the turtle image as an example). What happened to the funny, cute grunts? I hope H4 still has all the humor from H3. The elite looks like a Kantus from Gears Of war.

I did not like how serious the reach campaign was.

Grunt (The turtle pic with the teeth cracks me up)

I don't know why you expected new information about Halo 4 from Conan O'Brian. They did show the un-rendered are where their characters will be. But...it is Conan O'Brian and the who point of the video, as stated before they ran it, was to announce that Conan and Andy did voice work for the game.

I was hoping for something new. A screen shot, character shots . . . just something. And all I found out was he does a voice in the game.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully we hear even more info at E3. Still nto sure what to think of this game. Hopeing for some campaign gameplay or mp gameplay for sure.

That seems to be a lot of extras for only 40 more than the standard price.

Still not leaning one way or the other yet.

*I might drop a little $$ on on the pre order*

That campaign gameplay looks amazing! I love the new and improved look. The new Forerunner enemies also look awesome especially when that enemies face mask opened up to expose the face. The new campaign gameplay reminds me of a mix between Crysis and the enemies of Lost planet. Loved that campaign video. Finally got me excited for Halo 4 again.

I havent had a chance to see many of the E3 videos but I am still confused about the Spec Ops and Infinity multiplayer war Games. Is this still going to have a 4 player co-op campaign? There are a LOT of changes since Reach and Halo 3 so its going to be interresting to see how this plays.

Just as I expected, this multiplayer plays a LOT like COD now. The weapon drops are exactly like care packages. Full weapon loadouts now also similar to COD. Killstreak rewards just like COD. The forerunner vision is just like the COD night vision. It looks good and bad at the same time. :dopey::scared: They really really should have had a beta for this game. Campaign looks really good. Still trying to be optimistic about the multiplayer but I am shocked how much they are trying to be like COD.

I know there is a 4 player co-op mode but is the campaign also 4 player co-op? I sure hope so.

armor lock ruined reach, which otherwise was great
H4 doesnt have armor lock. Armor lock was great for open maps with lots of vehicle traffic. Actually gave people a chance to navigate the maps.

This Hardlight Shield in H4 can only handle a certain amount of damage. Plus the person with the shield can be shot from behind, the sides, above, or killed with a grenade. I am guessing it will have the same power as the shields the enemies have. The more videos I watch, the better this game looks.
