In a recent interview Kaz said they don't pat much attention to what others do.
What does Forza has, apart from livery editor and better damage, that GT doesnt? And that is something they should start doing.

Some companies simply aren't for pleasing everyone, and that's fine. There's no obligation for any company to do things that you feel they just should, as if it was "common sense." You don't think they're well aware? Some developers would rather make their own paths, that's all.
I'm expecting general review scores to not surpass 90% frankly.True, but since GT5 their decisions have made them they appear somewhat cocky, and therefore I believe they act in an increasingly counterproductive manner. We'll see what the sales numbers and review scores say.

Well they will score it good because of the physics and lighting model which is still top notch, so I'm guessing 8/10.I'm expecting an average of 6.5/10.
Verrrrrrrrrry much agreed! Not sure, about that.
I actually like GT as it is.
Dont care about damage or liveries.
Cars and tracks, that is it for me.

GT2 had a driving line for some of the license tests, can't remember if GT1 did.http://www.lemonamiga.com/games/screenshots/full/formula_one_grand_prix_05.png
Maybe a dynamic racing line but certainly not the first.

You got a point there. All I can say is I can't wait for the first reviews to appear!I am not convinced that average gaming journalist playing with dualshock will give any credit to new physics model. When new game comes, bar is raised so that making old game again would score something like 6 to 7 at tops. 8 might be a likely score. This happens many times that even though newer games are clearly better, they score lower because they did not improve enough to earn same high score with current competition.
