Never heard that term before, makes sense. Thanks!Sounds like a typical Partscaster, made from different parts of Stratocasters.

Are you sleeping with this person?!Struck a hell of a deal getting a guitar completely re-done and completely customized. Getting it sanded, painted, polished etc for free and then getting all new electronics and hardware, strings and the whole entire package for $20!!!!
All the electronics will either be Carvin or EMG's. Probably Carvin because it's cheaper. Awesome deal. I'll be sure to keep you'll updated.

Gonna be a stark contrast to our old live setup where we both used high gain metal type sounds. My Ibanez Jem into Peavey 5150 and his Ibanez RG into a Peavey Valveking. We both now using Strats into Cornfords, though mine is the Hellcat and his the MK50II
Indeed. Why the sudden change?
I got myself a new amp last week. The last amp I had was a 100w Peavey Valveking halfstack. I was fairly happy with the head but the cabinet was quite poor. I had used the head with a few decent cabs over the years and it really showed me what a difference better speakers can make. I may buy another valveking head at some point if I start gigging in Japan, but I'll probably have to do a bit of shopping to decide on which cab to use.
Anyway, I spotted a Marshall class 5 half stack for sale in my area a while ago and thought I'd give it a try after reading a lot of good feedback about them. Plugged my les paul in and fell in love. The amp is perfect for me as it's fairly small and easy to cart around. I'll be using this for some recording and perhaps some gigging. It is quite low on features, but the clean tones are excellent. Now I get to indulge in a bit of peddle shopping to try and get some nice overdrive without having to crank up the amp too much.
Sounds great, now I'm seriously considering buying one too. I've heard clips online but I'm glad to have your opinion, makes it easier to justify the purchase ya know? Many thanks.
As for the Spring Chicken. It is without a doubt the best reverb pedal I have ever come across, usable across the entire sweep; and while its only does spring reverb (unlike the majority of mutli-verbs around) it sounds utterly amazing. Worth every penny I paid for it (£150 once tax, etc was added), along with the wait for it to arrive.

Just ordered.....
Hand-made limited run's that are available from two places, easily one of the best (if not the best) spring reverb pedal around.Never seen this reverb pedal before.

If your in the US they are actually a bit of a bargain for what they cost, after I finished paying shipping, UK tax (at 20%) and 'admin fees' to UK customs it added a fair bit to the price. Yet its still worth every penny
Pics aren't showing Pako. I can't wait to see it though.
Really? They are GTPlanet Attached images. Odd..... I wonder if anyone else is having issues as well.
I can view them on my iPhone, as well as IE (not logged in, view as guest) etc. I think you must have an issue on your end. *confused*
