why does the driver have HP in that enthusia video?

During each race, lapses in driving skill eat away at your Enthu Points, which are best described as driving hit points. If your car skids off of the course, collides with a wall, or if your vehicle touches any other vehicle—no matter who was at fault in the collision—you lose Enthu Points. These deductions are factored into the end-of race standings and, combined with how you finish in the race, a final ranking point score is calculated which not only moves you closer to that #1 spot… but it also allows you level up as a driver and can also level up your vehicle so that it’s capable of higher top speeds or better handling.

Never played enthusia but i looked it up on youtube, and the graphic's are exceptional for 2005!

If GT6 standards looked like enthusia cars then no body would be complaining.

Same here guys.. just did a night race on Willow and couldn´t see anything! Was driving Alfa GT, which is a standart..if that has any effect.

So I just did a race on Willow Springs at night and this is what I could see (or not see, better suited).

I don't know if the day one patch has caused this or if it's a bug with the premium Honda S2000. Was using high beams, low beams was even worse. Pretty much impossible to see the track. Can anyone else try racing there at night to confirm I'm not the only one? :P

You can see how it's supposed to be in CoolColJ's post, a lot more light.

^^^^ THIS ^^^^

I have always generally struggled with night races, and did my first last night around bathurst in the Lancer. It was "ok" as i know the track, and with the walls and reflection i could just see the edges of the track. Got to willow, and there was a bit of :nervous: , , 🤬 , 💡 turned up the brightness, was no different followed by 🤬:grumpy::boggled:.

The lights just arent strong enough in my experience to actually light the road. The tail lights of the cars infront arent bright untill you get really close to them, and without them to guide you around its just too easy to lose the track edge.

In my opinion, this definitely needs a fix, or i will just have to run every night race in the BRZ with the spotties !

BRZ with the yellow lights

To me, this is how the "high beam" should be, with the yellow spotlights on the 24hr cars adding about 10% more light again.....

It seems standard cars are not that bright - I just bought a 22B and it doesn't seem as bright as the Honda Fit...

So after a looooooooooot of testing with different cars, and watching videos from youtube posted after Dec. 7 (just to assume that it was updated) it seems as if PD did longitudinal lights correctly, but the latitude of the lights are way off. Most of the lights I've seen, especially at Nurb, are clear in the tree tops, and barely lighting the road.

They are so close from closing this issue, but yet so far away..

Edit: I hatched an idea..

What if we can set the equilibrium points, in both longitude and latitude, on each car? That way, we can maximize long distance straight tracks, or have small, tight curved tracks such as Toscana? You can set your cars headlight beams for latitude, which is an option for almost all cars nowadays.
.. Just more customization if PD wants to add. That way, they won't need to upload all new cg files for each car..
