High School

@Bopop: That's awesome. My international business teacher last semester one day was like 'Go to the caf guys, there's something you have to see.' So everyone goes and nothing was happening. We go back to the computer lab, but the door was locked. He let us leave class. That was pretty cool..

Best. Teacher. Ever.
With the driving thingy, I've done my share of stupid stuff and finding put ehere the speed limiter is, but bragging about how you almost wrecked is just plain dumb.

There is this game in math that is like bye bye blackbird, and you have to get the person on the shoulder with a piece of paper. I was helping my friend get this guy but he ran away. We hopped in the truck and plotted a route, found him and he didn't see us. Friend ran out and got the tag. Felt so good, especially since "kickstart my heart" was playing in the background.

I'm sick and tired of almost everyone at my school. It would be so much better without 98.8% of the kids that are in there now. It's gonna be worse next year when the other stupid kids come in.

Like MSTER said, it isn't off topic, this thread is about high school and teenage life.

I'm no expert on girls, that's for sure, but have you spent a lot of time with her? That is before you say you stopped talking for a while. Maybe she's sick of you?

Yeah, maybe she doesn't like me anymore. But since i'm in Teenage love, it's been over one year and I still can't get her off my mind, even though i'm switching schools hopefully, find some new girls, I hate my school. I feel like everyone's against me.

Why wasn't my highschool like yours? Anyway in my junior year my friend was getting picked on by a senior after school. After a week of it happening, me, him, my bro and his friends stayed with him after school. Sure enough, that guy backed off when he saw us ready to lay him out. He backed down. He was what we thought he was: a punk.

I know fighting is bad and all, but sometimes when words cannot accomplish its role, someone has to get layed out.

I was bullied a little in my sophomore year, but a surprise punch to his gut made him back off, and later we became cool. Bullies like to pick on those who won't fight back.

Well, the seniors your way. And Slashfan's way are nothing like the seniors here. Most seniors here are too mature to fight, because all of the people who would fight are also the really idiotic people, so they all get kicked out of the school by then.

It wasn't pretty. It was an all out brawl from the schoo. Everyone's friends now.

I refuse to fight unless in self defense. I mess around (fake fight lol) with my friends however.

In auto shop today, I wrote 2 tests (1 because I was sick), and watched NASCAR/Did bookwork the rest of the class. Fun.

Not many customers today though, so hey.. what can you do?

Today in auto shop for me I had to check the rear diff on an old Camaro Z28. Two of my group members were not too smart and the other was helpful. I finally got to feel what it is like to get a little dirty. I can't wait to do more! Soon I get to take a serpentine belt off a car, change oil, etc. Buy sadly I have to skip a year of Auto, not meaning jump from Auto 1 to 3, buy I have to wait until my junior year to take it. It's a two hour block for a whole year and sophomore's have too many required classes to be able to have a two hour class. I guess that's why they don't typically let freshman take Auto 1, but I was lucky, they let a few in this year.

It's not fair on my part to mark all seniors as douches. Interestingly enough, the jocks never really messed with anybody. They take their frustrations out on the court/field.

My school was like a national geographic wild show.

I know exactly how you feel mate... im in the exact situation as you..

I know it's easier said than done, but we can't just let women control our emotions like that.

Those type of girls I put to the backburner. Can't spend time wondering if she likes you or not when you have a lifetime ahead of you.

We watched ESPN in wood shop once last year.

:D

We got to watch an entire series of West Wing in gov class senior year. Not something I would watch on my own time, but it was very entertaining, especially in the place of mind-numbing gov lessons.

I got stuck in the tool room today, signing them out to people. Meh.

? You have to stay and sign out tools?
That is bull.

Our school does that too. Sucks being 'the one' in the room for almost two hours, lol. I suppose they don't trust us. :guilty:

Some classes there's nobody in the room though. 0_o

Watched Nascar? Lucky duck.

That was probably the best part of the class today haha. 👍

We usually get to pick a friend to be with us. It was great until they banned all music because some kid was blasting some rap garbage that kept saying the f-bomb and "*****" (I know...) all the time.

That sucks... Too bad for the music ban too. :P Ha..

Just one person in ours. 👎

My class is flooded with 30 kids ( he's had up to 64 AM only, pm bout 24...). Normally I sit there and shoot the **** with quiet music in the background.

@Bopop4: Our school has a decent cable package, if one were to bring a universal remote, we could watch TSN on one of the big screen tv's. I know because it's been done before . Our school is decent. We have 5 computer labs, free wifi for students, plus they are always improving everything. It's nice because we get a lot of the best stuff.

Our school has wifi. But we can't access it. What's more is that the principal wanted to implement student wifi in a few years. That was in 2009.

So does mine. Though I think someone managed to get into the school WIFI once.

We have WiFi too, but it's locked, so we cannot access it. :grumpy: I guess they don't want all the students slowing down the network so the teachers can't use it...
