Last year they spaced it out in the middle of a week so monday and friday we had off, and finals were tues-thurs...

But this year we get classes mon/tues and then finals to the end of the week T__T;

Same. I don't know what the school did last year because I was still in middle school.
 
2 and a half days left of school, but it is more like 1 and a half for about 20 sophomores in my school as we're going to Carowinds tomorrow.
 
Well, today was the first day of my second to last day of school. My last full day is on the 14th, the day I turn 14, and my final day, a half day, is the 15th. I can already hear the 24 ticking sounds.

I don't know, it might be that they don't want to keep us all day. Would you want to try to keep 1000+ kids, who are very rowdy, from their summer?

The reason the last day is a half day for me is because there's a carnival on the latter half of that day, so only Day 2 morning classes, which are math and art (though I just finished our final art assignment today).
 
I've started finals today. Had a half day and finished my science and Engineering final. Both were easy except in the engineering one you had to make a model on SolidWorks. Since I'm god awful at SilidWorks, I made a half assed model which was all crooked and not properly aligned. German and health finals tomorrow and then summer. :D
 
I envy you guys. I'm not out until the 15th. Today, I tried to actually download a 511 megabyte file. That was a bad idea.

And I'm not going to get out of school altogether for a couple of years :mad: :banghead: :grumpy: . Tired and sick of the 🤬 that happens at school.

I'm fairly sure that the 🤬 that happens in school is nothing on the 🤬 that happens in real life, and that is coming from someone who hasn't experienced real life yet :lol:

In other news, 9 exams left until summer :D I was a bit miffed to learn that some friends at another school have just one exam left, but I did realise that they're taking 8 subjects and I'm taking 12, so all is well :)
 
Got a horrible throat infection so that's resulted in me missing an entire week of school. Luckily it's near the end of the year and not much is happening considering academics.
 
Finals start today. First it's Biology them Geometry. Two 90 minute exams today, then I go home. Rinse and repeat tomorrow, with finals in English and Auto 1. Then Friday I already had my band final so I get to in late to school, then I have history. I'm worried about Auto and Geometry, otherwise I get 3 half days until summer.

Here's the kicker... I have summer homework. Questioning whether AP U.S. History and Honors English were a smart choice.

Are you taking GCSEs or A-Levels?
Edit: scrap that, just saw that you're doing 12 exams! :lol: But the Year 11s at my school are nearly done with there exams.
 
Talking about exams, my schedule was ridiculous.

We had 7 weeks in total, but IGCSEs started the 5th week. All good, one or two exams a day, go to school for the exam, return home to chill/study.

So I did 21 exams, the last one being the 29th of May. My last one, number 22, is on the 12th of June...

Ah well, at least I get to go out almost every day while normal year 11/10th grade is at school (although i'm pretty much my molesting my wallet lol). And we finish after our last exam, while normally you finish end of June.

Then the horrible 2 month wait until the results go online mid-August :eek:
 
Teachers at my school just did not care what we did today. I just have to wait until 11:20AM on the 7th and I am out for 2 and a half months.
 
My favourite teacher is old school and doesn't take crap from students.
Apparently he punched a kid in the face today...
