Ok, we haven't practiced there yet, but don't forget Round 4 is just around the corner, I recommend if you have time to do a quick practice session in your own lounges, remember the settings for the lounges, I thought I had them posted (in the OP?).

Quadrupple post much?

Anyway, I'm doing an inpromptu practice at Cape Ring right now, if anyone's up for it, I'll set it up here for a while, just mostly for my own sake since I haven't practiced here with this car, hope to see some of you there.

EDIT: Well I achieved a 1:44.8, which beats the record (also mine) by nearly .1 seconds, so I think thats enough practice, see you all online shortly (6.5-7 hours roughly).

Room open, I think we'll let qualifying go on a wee bit longer tonight, no ones in yet?

Good Ol' Quade has joined the fray, but its just us so far.

Ok, realise now cgg isn't going to be able to make it (right?).

Spatt? Dano? Has everyone forgotten the race is on tonight?

Sorry for the no show last night guys. Me and my partner are moving out this weekend... Think I mentioned it a week or so ago. Anyways really busy at the mo

I think so. If I'm not there, I'm going away again, and then probably won't be in on a lot of the Saturday evenings now, so I would prefer series 2 to be a friday thing, or I won't be able to participate.

Will so far, Friday afternoon/night my Saturday morning, he's received no opposition, so until it does, were all set for Series 2 being Fridays ;)

To make the championship closer, I'm going to award everyone double points for this round.

With 200 points up for the taking, it could be anyones series!

Alright, final race in less than 24hrs, hope to see you there

EDIT: Round 4 has Quade and I plus 45 from round 3

Sorry ignore this, I'm all out on times etc.

Damn Saturday nights. I'm joining now, so before doing anything else please could you wait for me.

Great racing tonight. I really enjoyed it. I wish I could have attended more races, but that's just how it goes. A 1st and a 2nd isn't too shabby.

I don't know what went wrong with the first race attempt, but apparently it was because of me? I didn't know what I had done, but if someone has an argument, please share it.

It may have been my fault. Conza was off on the rumble strips and went invisible. I tried to give him room to get back on but I didn't have the grip in the front to turn down in any more. Either way, it was fun. Looking forward to next season!!

Important Notice:

could all members who participated in series 1 please send me a picture of there car, in motion, in aspect ratio 3:2. I plan on making an HHL tuning garage, so a picture is vital. Also, could you send me a list of the parts used, and the setup used.

Thank you

Well two non-race for me, but hopefully everyone else had a good time, and I'll summarize the round once I have more time, been a busy day today, will likely be my tomorrow morning/mid-day.

But here are the results! (Rounds 4 & 5)

Congratulations Quade! Our Inaugural HHL Series winner, well done! Fantastic car, racer, record, and most importantly consistentcy, participating in all 5 of the rounds, and all 10 of the races!

With the performance of the last two races in round 5 (and the bonus scoring system), Quade jumped past me to secure the number 1 spot, excellent work.

I actually want to thank and congratulate our top 5 racers (excluding myself of course), for making this series possible, having had 10 great races with various competitors, the top 5 were always frequently participating, and you have made this a real team effort, all of you contributed to making this a fun and successful series, and I hope you're all coming along to series 2 come April 5th :).

A very special thanks to Cgg for making this thread, and more importantly this series possible, it might not've got off the ground without your initial work and constant support, a job very well done.

Thanks guys, it's been better than I'd ever imagined. The real thank you goes to Conza, because he had the initial idea, and pursued it since then - Thanks
