Whatever.
See . . . this is the kind of attitude that gets you into trouble. Before you know it you'll be having so much fun that you won't stop . . . and then . . . then you'll begin to notice the guys in the white coats hanging around you.
I know you a busy guy Cano but you can't proclaim something like that and then not provide us with any pictures. . đź‘Ť
Cano is not busy (not like me anyway -
I'm busy). Cano is just l
azy lethargic lackadaisical ; he hangs around looking at everybody's cars going:
Yawn, yes, yes, I have all those . . . whatever . . . GT40 hm, okay got to get that . . etc.
Unless a picture of 'Most Valuable car in my Collection' is seen post haste I'll be visiting the Ludicrous Claims Court soon.
Not that that would make him budge from that permanent siesta he seems to be in.
Good to hear from you Harry đź‘Ť, been awhile since your last post here.
Sorry for the absence - I was hoping no one would notice. Fact is I have been spending every moment of my spare time with GT5/6, most of it online. Made a ton of friends, got heavily involved in hosting rooms, and had so many sleepless nights that I have been a bit of a zombie at work. As for purchasing anything new for my collection - almost nada - I say 'almost' because I have been rushing around and had not a minute to spare for the HW aisles, but managed to pick up some of the Cool Classics SPECTRAFROST models a few days ago when I had to take my son out to purchase some new Pokemon decks (X and Y) which of course had me standing around in the toy aisle . . . so what else is there to do but go look at the model cars?
And if he gets decks - well, hey, then I get cars. Right?
In related news - I found another silver Huayra, so don't feel too bad about losing the last one. On the other hand . . . I was looking through my cars last night, and I seem to be missing some 'Vettes. This means a huge search through many boxes, which is annoying me. I swear I had more - I'm definitely missing some variations I was familiar with. I need to tidy up my collection a bit, but domestic and business busyness keeps stealing my time . . .
Hope to see you guys again more often sooner than later.
@
a6m5 - yes, the Mercury is a real beauty - and I often wonder why people don't compare the upper line HWs to the 'other brand' cars they compare with. Most times one sees a premium JL or Tomica being compared with a Mainline.
The HW upper lines are where the
real quality is.
Good Luck all. Happy camping, and joyous collecting and so on. May you have the 'Thrill of the Find' !
Harry.
