Only when you've reach Level 3 GTP Hot Wheels Collector.

What wheels, are you using for the '10 Camaro?

I'll borrow a pic from Lamley for this one:

Dude you should have picked up one that had the side tampos perfectly level. Those are a bit off

I like the exhaust :0

These are quite nice.

 That looks sooo good. Great work on the Camaro too Jason. 👍

And congrats, Andy for making it into the as is customs (planters are looking great BTW) 👍.

[EDIT]

Is that a blurry shot of the Miata, behind the 70's Camaro, Jason? if so, great to see you've added flared arches/fenders.

Oi, that Porsche looks pretty bad-ass. Maybe I'll nab the extra in the case and have my way with it :0

Nice Porsche there Jason! 👍 How is that hard top Miata coming? :)

Also AOS-, you stilling planning on using that Porsche 935 as part of your white series? Or have you already?

Hope it turns out good! ;) Really need to finish the graphics for the Hamada, but just been too lazy to do it.

No rush but when is the reassembly coming?

The Flying Customs? I kept it in the collection for the time being. The colour scheme is pretty iffy for my tastes. I guess that's a reason to customize one, but I haven't done so yet, and I'd much rather complete all the cars I've already disassembled before I start taking apart another one.

My Lincoln got featured! hahaha. That's too cool. I thought the '62 Chevy would be the one to feature out of all the wrecks I made.

Also, John Lambert "liked" Epic Collage via Facebook just now. Why haven't you? [/propaganda @ GTP]

Ever-so slight update on the RWB 993:

Haven't really done much to it, but decided to even up the skirts so the car now sits level at least.. There's still slight clearance issues, but suprisingly the car rolls with very little rubbing (just need the clean up the front arches a bit).

(1st pic) Iv'e decided to show a pic of the right side, to show how crap the putty looks to begin with (awaiting sculpting), and how the standard RR wheels are swallowed by those big arches.

(2nd and 3rd pic) Showing the incomplete and complete wheels. Decided to throw on the RR wheels but may go back to the stretched vinyl ones. There's an offset difference between front and back wheels (barrels), in the 3rd pic but it's quite hard to make out, (the wheels in the 2nd pic are both front wheels).

(excuse poor lighting/and blurry last pic)

A couple of pics of the very early rough stages of my next custom.
I did intend to do an American muscle car, but that will be next on the list once iv'e finished up these 2, and another custom i'd like to start.
No prizes for guessing what it is, but i was inspired by a Triumph TR6/Datsun Fairlady conversion (posted on Lamley), and a Toyota AE86/Mitsubishi Starion (WIP) that iv'e seen pics of.

What tools do you use to help you sculpt the bodywork, Ford Ness?
Well, i say sculpt, but really it's just filing. I use diamond coated files, (iirc, you already have a good set of those, Andy) Another thing you may find useful are these:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0078MHENO/?tag=gtplanetuk-20

I have (a rather worn, seen better days) red and grey of those (different grits), but they're so fine and great for curves, and give a great smooth and fairly shiny finish to the putty.

Flexible files sounds dope because that should give you a consistent curve. How might you be cleaning up your files from all that putty dust?

I like to use an eraser, but I'm wondering what other people do to clear out the debris on the files.
