One thing I have been forgetting to mention lately is I got JB Weld recently and I have ask, but what do I need to know about it if I plan on using it? (I know you have to mix it to use it of course)

Would this be suitable for glueing the aluminum piece underneath?

Think of JB Weld this way: It's just a really really tough glue. Use it for anything you like.. just not your school projects, because that's overkill.

Also, it's gluing.

So, how can I get the wheels out of a metal based Hot Wheels? The metal is too tough for me currently.

Do you have a rotary tool with a cutting disc? If so, get on it with that.

hope your not serious,
Just giving you some constructive critism. Your not seriously asking him to put you to shame are you? Lol.

Not serious, no worries.

I have coloured my toys in marker before, but I have no photos of them at the moment. The closest I've got are my handpainted police cars:

That hand written slogan really pulls it all together

Hello guys I am new to this forum and I'm really a beginner in customizing hotwheels and all but I love doing that, so can anyone help me in starting out and saying how to paint properly etc. etc. Thanks!!!

Question's a bit too vague, Hanut. You ask for tips if you want to improve at something, but you haven't stated what specific thing you've done. You'll find that it is practically impossible for us to assist you. Like art, there isn't one way to do something. Start off with these questions:

-What specific thing do I want to make?
-Have I seen something that makes me want to learn how to make myself?

So if you want someone to help you start out, tell us something you want to do.

Any ideas for customizationView attachment 221248
Paint the blue parts grey, add silver "rivets", change the normal superman logo for the Red Son logo, add military style serial number (Easter egg, have it as "2425-3" the last 5 digits of the Red Son superman deluxe edition's serial number)

Aside from that? Nyet, komrade.

Lol, there's no nicer way to put it is there?

Sometimes, people ask the kind of questions that lack the foundation to bring out a helpful response.

That said, I don't think it can get less ruder than my response without pointing out the flaw of such questioning.

It'd be nice if you put more light on the photo so the camera can get a better focus on the image. I really do want to see how that exhaust pipe came out.
