Wow, if you did it with toothpicks, mega effort dude, that makes it even more stunning. Man that would have been such a fiddly job. Knowing that makes me appreciate it even more. Well done bud.
haven't done it myself yet but you can go to HomeDepot and get free flooring samples and use them. they are credit card sized I believe.

Finally managed a bit of putty sculpting on the Mazda. The side with the Watanabes needs some final touches, but i'm pretty happy so far. Decided to add a small duck tail spoiler at the rear. After iv'e primered i'll get started on the roll bar.

who makes that Miata?

You'll use the Watanabes, right? They're kinda perfect scale for that thing.

That's coming along great.

@Nvrrespected.

That turned out ok, I mean the smear wasn't what we wanted but the graffiti idea and what you did is awesome in my opinion. Trial and error buddy and that turned out ok for a first attempt at that style. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Lol. I'm a perfectionist so even little things make me mad. But yea, I'll still probably strip it down and redo it with a similar idea. Doing graffiti that small was a new experience too lol. Usually it's a lot bigger.

 lol, what the hell. Cool. Needs more flames to be mine, but cool. Thanks for the homage

Lol very welcome. I note the need for flames XD

That's actually a pretty good idea. Might try that one next time. I love how mine turned out, but I'm open to less time intensive ideas.

Edit:

Any color suggestions. Not final wheels.

Any ideas for how I can create windows?

Dude that looks seemless. I'd buy that from the store. Lol.
As for Windows. Either
A. The classic coke bottles cut outs. Or blisters for the long side Windows.
B. Blisters for all Windows for that matter
C. Still have the glass for the Beemer? plus whatever you cut the roof off? Trim em down to fill their respective window areas and cut the unnecessary Windows off, then connect em. Depends on how the Windows were before.
D. Find another wagon of similar size and trim the front of it off, use the Beemer windshield and adapt the stolen window. I suggest a chevelle wagon or *gasp* a 510 wagon

On another note, any way to chop a roof off something other than a dremel?

Edit: no for real @Avalonbug That wagon is droolworthy. Looks so good. I keep looking at the picture and just ugh, I wish I had done that. What did you steal the roof from anyway?

@Nvrrespected This is actually quite funny. I stole the roof from a Matchbox Range Rover :

I enjoyed the sporty round rear end, plus I actually have never found a Datsun Wagon, so. Now I have it just sitting here without a roof. And thanks for the compliments!

Those Windows would work, if they're the same color or close to. Just chop the windshield off and glue the Beemer windshield to it. I believe.

Then make the luxury off road convertible XD or slam it down and make a trunk, turn it into the range rover sports car lol

I got lucky with a 510. Happened across a 3 section dump bin at Wal-Mart just before Easter. Two section were old stuff and the third was new stuff. Got 2 wagons, (there were like 8) and 2 new zamacs, el Camino and Porsche, plus a couple others.

 Of course, i'd never dream of tagging up a van in real life... honest. :D:tup:

who makes that Miata?
Motormax, they're not that easy to come by, but they do pop up now and again. 👍

Of course good sir. Just happens that both style of wheel are attached to the same axle at the moment. 👍

That sports-touring/shooting-brake BMW is perfect! 👍
BMW should have sold one like that.

Remember that matchbox cop car I found in the mud? I cleaned the outside off.. but I opened it to find this

IMAG0291_zpsf8aa2c9a.jpg~320x480

It's been sitting for 2 days so it's dried, but everywhere inside that wasn't the seats area, was solid chunks of dirt. Lol. Gonna deep clean this guy. And the tires are so encrusted and rusty I think I'm replacing them.

That's a great casting, the Crown Vic. Any specific cop car you want to replicate?
Ehhh not sure. The roof lights are broke, and I'm not a big cop car guy, so it may not even stay a cop car.

Edit:
New projects.

The way people freak out about this 510 Wagon I expected a brick of gold to fall out when I opened it. And yes, it a still an excellent casting. The camaro is actually a very involved project, one that I need a 69 convertible camaro for, which I stupidly passed several times before. Hopefully I'll find another.

You're missing a C-pillar too.
It is, but (imo) it would look a bit weird with the extra pillar, as the door shutline and existing pillar sit too far back for it to be a convincing 4-door. Looks way cooler the way it is.

 Couldn't agree more. 👍 Initially it took me ages to find one over here in the UK, now they're everywhere.. I still think the $uper is very special though, due to it's unobtainium properties. :D

Started a new WIP the other day. No prizes for guessing what it is (some will be familiar).

It's something matchbox? Lol I don't really know much outside hot wheels, but the grooved edge wheels are a matchbox thing I know. I still rarely see the 510 wagon. I was lucky to find the 3 I did. And the first time I found 8 in a fresh dump bin. Though about buying them all, but I hate when people do that. Know what iv found even less than those? The 620 truck and iv never ever seen another Kenmeri skyline after I got my FE white one. I don't even know anyone else who has one here.

Lol. There is a reason the word Here was on the end of that sentence. Not saying they don't exist. I just don't know anyone in my circle of collectors that I know who has one other than myself.

That hakosuka looks so good detailed. I'm scared to do mine in fear ill mess it up too bad.

I tried to mimic the red and silver lines on the side of the car to the front splitter, it was a mission to get the lines even.

Edit- working on this ATM and its a mission to get it the way I want.

The camero is actually a very involved project, one that I need a 69 convertible camero for, which I stupidly passed several times before. Hopefully I'll find another.

If you say Camero once again I'll kick you a bit. Thank you.

Motormax... something. Rx7? I frankly don't remember how the interior of that thing looks and since yours is missing like half of it, it's even more difficult to tell.

Or Supra? Whatever, it's a Motormax. I'd recognize those impossible wheels everywhere.
