How do you intend to play GT5? (HDTV-SDTV/PC monitor/wheel/controller)

The G25/G27 are the fastest wheels in terms of response (for PS3). The DFGT isn't too far behind though. I've owned the DFGT and the G25, and they feel similar.

Do you guys think a logitech driving force pro is still ok for the game? In the demo it seemed to work ok. But are the other wheels still a lot better?

Of course it's OK, and yes, other wheels are progressively better, especially with regards to the pedals and FFB. I'm sure that given the game and the nature of the forums here, you'll get a lot of people urging you to upgrade.
If you really feel that your current wheel is a limiting factor in your in-game times, or you simply must have the latest and greatest, by all means look at something like the G27. I wouldn't say the improved pedals and FFB alone make the game that much more immersive though, but that's just me. I don't particualrly get on with wheels in games - too used to the pad!
I guess if you are genuinely happy with your DFP but wouldn't mind a slightly better wheel with GT5-specific controls, I'm sure you'll be able to get a good price on a DFGT.

Am i the only person who doesn't like the design of the Fanatec Wheel? It feels too big to be in a competition mode. And driving a F1/Race/WRC car with that big O wheel doesn't feel natural. But then so does the G25/G27 for Production cars. But hey! There's chilicoke mod for that!

I intend to play with a wheel. I currenly have a DS3 on a Sony 40" 1080p TV <-- hopefully with this TV! a 37" Toshiba atm..
The G25 is discontinued. The G27 is FAR too expensive. I mean, a game controller for £300? Seriously? I could buy two Xbox 360s at that price. I'm just going to wait for the DFGT to drop into price or the G27 to drop into price (like how the G25 cost £99 on Play.com).
Maybe the prices of the wheels will go down during the release of GT5?
