How do you intend to play GT5? (HDTV-SDTV/PC monitor/wheel/controller)

• Comfiest leather sofa in the world!
• Collectors Edition GT5

• I own a 250GB PS3 Slim already
• I have two DS3 controllers for said console
• I have a 55" LED LCD stood right here in front of me
• I am sat on my leather sofa right now, which IMO is extremely comfortable. Regarding me saying it is the comfiest sofa in the world, let's not be so pedantic in our interpretations shall we?
• I have the CE of GT5 on pre-order

So, what's your problem BoBo? I know you are unable to articulate more than one sentence at a time, but that's no reason to go around being argumentative and miserable all the time.

How can I post pics from my PC???

Use "Print Screen" to capture the images if needed, and use one of the many free photo sharing websites to host your saved images (Flickr, PhotoBucket, ImageShack etc.) Once hosted, most of these services give you the code to copy and past into forums to show the images, but it's simply a case of using:

YOU ARE A GENIUS! i have been looking for a practical way to secure a steering wheel while sitting comfortably on my sofa. i have toyed with the idea of making one (but it would probably fall apart knowing my diy skills!). now that i've seen this pic of yours, i can now do exactly the same as i have one of those stands (apart from i'll be on a sofa )

my exact setup is too tall to be played from my sofa though, hence me using a plastic desk chair, if you think your's will work then forget what I said lol

Currently I'm using Xbox 360 Controller to play Forza 3. But even though it gives you a pretty nice feel of the car, it's stil not enough. My 360 is out of warranty so I didn't upgrade it with Fanatec wheel and stuff. Especially with GT5 on the horizon. But I made a whole new plan for Gran Turismo 5.

yes, you can use the shifter secuential Frex and e-brake frex in the G25, but you need to connect the buttons of these to the electronic of wheel buttons like

Just picked up a DFGT today. Have paired it with my 40" sony lcd and my brother is going to build me a custom stand.

Already over half a second quicker than the DS3 in GT5P @Eiger with the EVO 10 TUNED!

A mix between G27 and DFGT would be awesome and remains a hope but I'm not counting on anything. I wont play GT5 until December but its nice to know things.

I doubt it. I don't believe the G27 is even a year old. But yes, I would love to stick the wheel of my DFGT onto the front of a G27 base. Which is why I got a DFGT instead of a G27. I never liked the idea of navigating menus with the buttons on the shifter with the G27. That's why I like the DFGT. It's like a PS3 controller built right onto the wheel. (Plus I love that special red knob that lets you adjust the TC, AWD, ASM, etc.)

Yea I'm with you there. lol. Logitech's next wheel, if they listen to GT fans - 900 degrees steering, all standard DS3 buttons and functions, Force feedback (obviously), peripheral controlling knob(TCS, ASM etc, as you mentioned), full 6 speed + reverse gated shifter with clutch, option to go sequential or paddle shift. lol. Oh an E-brake handle, should GT or any other racing series feature a more realistic pressure sensitive E-brake rather than the simply full locking.

BTW How's drifting with the DFGT? I looks like the O button is at thumbs reach but I'm kinda curious.

As much as i would love to have a G27 my girlfriend would not like to have our living room turn into a GT5 shrine. I'll have to stick to the Ds3 and enjoy the eye candy on my 46' Sony Bravia.
