What are the chances GT5 won't fully support the G25/G27? I mean, even GT5P didn't work properly with the G27.

In one of the interviews held at the PD HQ, there was a scene where Kaz played GT5 on a DFGT, but there also was a box of G27 in the background.

They do work with logitech in the wheel department, G25 adn G27 will most likely work perfectly with GT5

i hope it does work perfectly with all the buttons on the wheel on the g27 because with GT5P it only works for looking back! lol

I will play GT5 with the items in my signature.

I´ve been slowly gathering since the last 3 years:
- 2006: nothing ...
- 2007: Buttkicker Gamer (for office chair)
- 2008: PS3, Logitech G25, Logitech Z5500 5.1 sound, 40" 1920x1080p Samsung LCD TV (when I used to play GT5P in a desk), but then replaced with the Epson 1080UB Projector + Playseat Evolution Gaming Seat (perfect pair)
- 2009: Yamaha RX-V1900 7.1 AV Receiver, KEF iQ6c iQ9 iQ3 speaker pairs, Buttkicker Home Theatre (for couch)
- 2010: Emotiva XPA-3 Power Amp, Monitor Audio RSW12 Subwoofer, KEF XQ40 Speaker pair, Sennheiser HD380 Pro Headphones (for late night gaming), Aura Pro Bass Shakers

It´s funny, but because GT5 took so long to be released, that allowed me to assemble this nice setup to actually play it properly.

Now if only Epson and Panasonic managed to release affordable (sub $3000) Full HD 3D projectors these year...
Only ones announced so far are the JVC and Sony, in the range of $8000. No way.

One friend has a G25, almost new (he must have played just 30 hours)
He is going to sell it and I'm interested

Is G25 full compatible with GT5?
The gear pad, behind the steering wheel, works fine?

Or I need to use the 6-gear shifter?

On the other hand, I can buy a brand new Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel and pay 30€ less than the GT5!!

I don't care about 30€.
I just need to know with one will be full compatible with GT5

Yes it is!but I advice you to set it hard(8-9)if you want to feel perfectly the car.
